I also added Italian seasoning, which I noticed you use a lot. I'm making your Caprese sandwich on Friday to include in a concert picnic under the stars. I noticed that you are really trying to turn your family's health around and keep everyone healthy, so I wanted to make a suggestion, the more raw fruits and vegetables you can get in your diet, the better health you will all have. When we cook our food, it not only takes many of the nutrients out but the body also attacks any cooked food as if it were a toxin. This process is called leukocytosis. The body does not attack raw fruits and vegetables. That's why they are the most healing foods. It's hard for your body to get the same level of healing when it's too busy trying to fight off and protect itself from the food you are consuming. If you want more info. Feel free to ask. :).
