Her anger stems from the fact she already thought lowly of herself, blames herself for her father's condition...And Stolas all but confirmed it, though unintentionally. She's projecting onto him, what she actually feels about herself. And the worst part is, from a certain POV, she's right. He only stayed out of obligation towards her, even if there was love in the mix.
I just listened to "You will be okay" before this and the parallels between the two songs is amazing. With Stolas assuring Via that nothing will ever tear them apart in the former, and Via doubting her belief in her father and that he will never leave her
