~ 1/2 tbsp Sweet Paprika
~ 1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika
~ 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper powder
~ 1 tbsp Garlic powder

~ 1 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
~ 1 tsp White pepper powder
~ 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
~ 1/2 tbsp Dried thyme
~ 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt/ Fine sea salt
