Nevada is committing crimes when asking these questions; this is called the "Work Opportunity Tax Credits" that employers receive when they hire people; they get big tax credits if they hire anyone who's a veteran, disabled, received some type of state benefit within the past 2 years for at least a 27 week period and if you're over 40, forget it; you're not going to get the job. Just ask me. I've applied for at least 75 jobs online in the past year; every single online job application asks the applicant to answer these questions (which by the way is directed to a third party web site) where you are asked these "optional" questions.) About 6 months ago I decided I wouldn't answer these questions, however, a few days later I received an email from the prospective employer with the subject line being "Your Application is Not Yet Complete." The media doesn't tell you this. If anyone reading this is skeptical about what I'm saying here, just look it up yourself on the internet....type in the words as follows: "Work Opportunity Employer Tax Credits." In most states where corruption is not as blatant as it is here in Nevada, it is against labor laws to ask such questions. But since Nevada is so corrupt, it's hard to find anyone to protect you from being discriminated against especially since most labor attorneys in the state of Nevada represent corporations; not the people. This is what happens when society decriminalizes the use of illicit drugs. Many ppl get hooked on illicit drugs and it's a downward spiral, or they simply live a routine of drug use and homelessness. All their money goes into drugs instead of shelter and bills.

Something you people need to realize is being Homeless is a Choice most of these people are use to not paying Bills, Not owning a car and sure as hell not having to worry constantly about the bs most people worry about when it comes to a Home. I have been homeless for 5 years and when i was on the streets I always heard people laughing because they always heard people we're concerned about them.....the only people that are not use to being homeless are the people that have just ended up on the streets. I thought this too but I'm in a really good program through Desert Behavioral Health and it's been a life saver for me.
I’ve gotten great mental health help here. People just don’t really apply the things that there told during there sessions 🥱
