As someone who has played My body as a shield i can tell you, its a phenomenal card.
I even use it in modern sometimes.
The card stops JD, Celestia, Bottomless, Torrential, Mirror Force, raigeki break, fossil dynas flip effect on flip summon, blackrose dragon, red dragon archfiends effect, and icarus attack just to name a few.
I got second place last week because of it. Also its great going second if you play aggro
And chainable as hell
