- This epic private skate park located in a neighborhood of Ladera Ranch, CA is only open/permitted to members of that community. Thankfully I was able to get in and skate for a bit. Check it out!

menifee has a skatepark like that, free for the community but if you dont live there you have to pay $100 a person for a year pass and fully padded.

The idea of a community park and police ticketing for not wearing pads is mad to me. We don't have anything like that in the UK.. buttt a lot of our skate parks are trash and not fit for purpose...
