I am praying I see a day when the judges no longer allow blocks on the feet. It’s inhumane and really just awkward. These breeds have a beautiful gait without the theatrics. - We’re getting closer! 👏🏼
This is so disgusting and heartbreaking to see how these beautiful Arabians have been transforned into a Saddlebred!!!! My God I used to show my Polish Arabian in English pleasure classes and I am shocked and appalled at this horror show. The Arabian horse has a natural high stepping trot and natural high tail carriage. These poor horses are not even recognizable to me. STOP THIS CRUELTY NOW!!!
Terrible case of blue tongue on #788 shouldve been excused from the ring and DQ’d. 2:00 minutes in you can see the his painful flopping blue gray tongue. Had to stop watching there so I didn’t get my blood pressure up 🤨
Before it's over, it's the red bay #965 who is champion. He had dynamic action with his back legs nearly matching the action of his front legs. A few of the other horses, especially during the park trot were trotting in the front, but kinda cantering in the back. I can't predict reserve because although they're all beautiful horses, their movement was not even except for the really large chestnut (probably a NSH arab/saddlebred), who was flashy in front but trailed in the back. UPDATE: the caramel light chestnut was going to be my reserve, but I think 965 was much better.
All gorgeous horses, but I really love the light chestnut. I really don't like double bridles though, I wish they could be ridden in a snaffle instead. It's a much gentler bit. 🐎
Same…in parts of Europe they are riding in bridles without a bit. I love it. I rode all of mine without a bit starting 40 years ago. Horses do great jumping without bits!❤ They don’t need so much leather on their head either. It’s all in their training.
@@JulesUS8386 I love bitless bridles! It's great to hear you rode without a bit. Control definitely isn't about what type of bit a horse has. I watch Free Spirit Equestrian all the time and Shae trains her horses to respond to her voice. She also rides her horses in bitless bridles and occasionally just neck ropes. I love to see that, it's kinder. These poor Arabians looked so hot too. I've ridden Arabians and they were so calm and lovely.
Whew what an excited crow 🥳 I chose the reserve champion for the champion, and the champion for the reserve champion 😁 what beautiful and powerful horses 🐎 🌹
What an amazing class of magnificent creatures and their riders. I picked the dark bay ridden by the man, number 789. (So I was completely wrong LOL 😂)
I thought that the champion was out of cadence with its gaits. Yes, he was flashy, but he looked hard to ride because he was distracted by the crowd. I thought the reserve would have been the Champion and the other dark bay would have been reserve, with the sorrel third and the bright sorrel last. But what do I know? Lol! 🤪

Blocks on the feet? What exactly are you referring to? Thanks so much in advance

@@cldn2I'm English and as much in the dark as you about this 🤷🏻♀️
Love the movements. Such amazing high stepping action ❤
💙 I like the seal brown and the dun or light chestnut. I got one right! lol
@@KT-be2fi good job! That's hard to do when there are four good choices.
I knew it would be 753!!! ❤
@@J0v0756 good job!
965 was the winner.
That would be my opinion, too. I'm guessing that one or more judges agree with us because the winner was not a unanimous choice.
Beautiful
@@sayu2609 thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.

He was placed accordingly,I was distracted by his blue tail and missed it... had to go back and rewatch. 😢

@@MR-ly4xt I don't have a problem with the double bridles but I know a lot of people feel the same as you do about it.
The blue tongue 2 mins in is horrifying, it’s gone totally gray 😮
