It’s true what they say about Inoue skill level. I regularly analyze boxing I.Q. in fighters for years now and I can say without doubt Naoya Inoue is scientifically superior to all other boxers active in the world now.
Tyson Fury, Terence Crawford, Devin Haney, Oleksandr Usyk, Boots Ennis, Dmitry Bivol, Shakur Stevenson. All of these guys are talented in their own ways but Inoue is above all of them when it comes to boxing intellect

I was watching his fight with Mean Machine Kavaliauskas and I recognized that Crawford has a bit of difficulty fighting against textbook boxing style whereas Inoue is more efficient at adapting to it. The only clear way to even have a chance against Inoue is to be a technical genius at inside boxing. Even then he'll control distance and you have to make your way inside again

  • @Alderak1

This video is old. Since this he defended his title at 118lbs 3 times before easily KOing Nonito Donaire in a rematch that unification match. The next fight he KO’ed another title holder to unify all 118lbs belts and become undisputed at that weight class. After that he moved up to 122lbs and immediately took a match against Stephen Fulton, an undefeated, 2-belt champion, who was considered to be about 10th P4P in the world at the time, and a fighter who was much taller/longer than Inoue, despite this, Inoue easily dismantled and KOed him. His latest fight against Marlon Tapales was one of his toughest, but Inoue still clearly outboxed Tapales before stopping him. Tapales held the other 2 belts making Inoue undisputed champion at 122. He became undisputed champion at 118 in December 2022, and undisputed at 122 in December of 2023. Inoue is an ATG in the making.

Thats how fast this Super efficient destroying machine is!! Skillset he carries with is unmatched; his punching angles are amazing; counter punches are deadly always positioned the way to throw combo or one two or single laser precisione punch! With adding timing, footwork power and ridicilus speed..with solid chin and all defence, I CANT SEE HIM LOOSE!! PS- NAOYA Inoue = (Nah-oyeah E-NO-WAY) Aprox. How its pronounced!!!
