Father, God has given you such a great gift. Your soothing voice always brings Christ's peace to my heart and your words are always edifying. God bless.
As always homily is comprehensive and your comment s supported by many relevant references - the gospels, from catechism of our Church and what the saints say. So helpful Fr. Terrance! I do miss your homilies and talks. Now I shall do so again.God bless you.
@@archuarchu8249 St. Margaret of Castello. You should read her biography. I admire her grace to forgive those who should have loved her. She's the patron St. Of the unwanted. St. Margaret, pray for us who are learning to control our tongues.
Thank you Father Terrance! Not only should we remember to not talk badly about others but I feel that we need to remember that we should speak words that give strength, hope and peace to each other. I know so often I would like to hear a word of encouragement when all that is being pointed out all the negative things I have done. Jesus was so kind and loving and encouraged his followers. We know our sins, they are before us always. We know the things we do right but they are not enough to be perfect. What happened to the “ If you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all”? I pray the Lord sets a guard over my heart, mind and mouth so I do not say anything that is not encouraging to my brothers and sisters in this world. Please pray for me and I pray for all of you. Keep me from this sin which surrounds us everywhere. I never cease to be grateful for the teaching that comes from our wonderful Franciscan Friars. Thank you and God bless and protect you always 🙏🏻Ave Maria🌹
Couldn't take a nap, we are having a heat wave here in the Philippines...then your video comes along. Its been a long while since I watched your videos. Thank God!

I need to change, have to control my tongue a lot. Pray for me.
Me, too!
I believe I do too. Bipolar illness seems to make that harder. I'd love to know any thoughts/"tricks" to overcome this tendency.

I'm guilty of this. I say that I am venting, but on reflection, I'm just being a jerk.
The road to heaven is straight and narrow. Thank you for defining detraction, father.
God wants us clean and overcoming through prayer and fasting. No room for uncertainty. God bless us.
Fasting would help overcome this problem. Thank you for the clue! I may be on my way to learning self control over this terrible habit.
