But the thing that sets it for me is the fact that as a baritone. I can sing with support down to A2. If this guy could do that too i'm sure he would put more emphasis on low notes. Also the fact that he has a whistle register. Which no baritone has.

Listen to Bruno Mars's vocal range, he is a good example of a high tenor like myself and then compare it to Darren you will hear the difference. You can't classify yourself as a baritone at age 14. At 14 you can't know your voice type, because your voice wont settle until early-mid twenties. Men who go through puberty usually have a point where there voice deepens and then it gets abit higher. You might loose that A2 and develop a higher range.
After your voice has matured and you have learned proper singing technique. Some people, especially young men calssify themselves as baritone just because they cant hit high notes. Most of the time it is just that they don't have good technique for reaching those notes. Tenors dont start out with their high notes, you will very rarley or never find a tenor that can hit c5 without havint practiced intensivley on his own or with a teacher. Also at puberty many men gain a couple of low notes and loose their higher chest range, then after after some years they loose their low notes and regain some of their higher range. Best thing to do is not worry about your voice type too much and rather pracice your tone and your lower-mid-high chest/mix range c3-c5 (not falsetto). Cause thats the place you ideally will be singing. Voice type doesn't really mean anything for you unless you will be singing Opera. Most men are actually high baritone, low tenors.

He's downside is when he hit the some high notes, his tongue push back and his larynx rises (you'll notice it in chandelier by Sia and almost all of his highnotes) which it's a bad habit and it can damage his voice and also some strained notes(which is normal in singing and it depends on his condition) can also damage. 4. He has an extensive range(I wish it will never gone because of his puberty). 5. He needs a vocal instructor or mentor (I think he has). ps. I'm not a good singer, please don't hate me, I'm not a vocal instructor. If you'll ask me when did I get this, when I ask and check a video from a vocal instructor that I know he notice the things that I wrote in number 3. (sorry for my english)

I think the one who I have the closest range with is him. But I think I'm a low tenor. I can hit a G#2 and G2 all the time and down to E2 sometimes, not vocal fry. I can hit up to D5 most effortlessly and up to Bb5 in head voice. Falsetto range from E5-F6 (Don't actually count in the vocal range) Whistle range from C6-C7. I don't know why I don't need to do anything to hit from C6-G6, I can hit them super easily like Ariana 😂 I guess it is like that, I'm not trained or anything, it's just what I know from watching videos and asking people in the comment section. I still hope to extend my whistle and lower range. For people who say they can't hit certain notes. Just practice and sing to the songs you wish you could sing. I myself, can't sing a lot of songs because the notes are high, but I keep on practicing and singing along until now, I can finally sing it. It is not impossible but remember not to stress your vocal cords too much
D5 note wasn't shown here but his supported range ended at D5, but he is also inconsistent with supporting D5. The Showtime C#5 chandelier was perfectly resonant and supported.

Also, I'm not just addressing Darren. I'm also speaking to most artists here in the Philippines.
