Another great video, man. Keep it up! Question, I recently got mine setup by a local shop my question is, do you know if Austin's tank drops PSI over night? Let's say he leaves the car aired up to "ride" height/preset, when he turns on the car the next day does the PSI in the tank drop? I noticed mine does drop to like 120 PSI over two days or so, what I can think of is that the bags may be leaking and the tank just fills them up to ride height, if that makes sense haha. Thanks!
It sounds like you have a slow leak in a fitting or one of your air lines. I would take some water and soap mixture and spray it onto the areas that you think might be leaking. This will either confirm or deny if you are actually leaking. Also, the air in the tank will become more and less dense depending on the temperature that the air is. The more dense it is the less PSI you will have in the tank. The less dense it is the higher PSI You will have in the tank. The molecules in the air will vary depending on where you are.
@@Smeedia thanks man, I'll give that a try. If not I'll just take it back to the shop and see what they find. Other than that the kit is pretty awesome!
@@Smeedia I Think so, seems like they didn't use enough teflon tape to cover the threads but we will see. I'm going to see if I can take it in tomorrow morning.
Thank you! I'm getting there only been going for a few months now. This one video just gained some traction for me. But glad to see everyone being so interactive with the videos. I appreciate the support!!! 😁😁😁
@@Smeedia Ill be watching alot of your videos, im 16 and I can drive on my own, (finally) and ive feel in love with the wrx (have been for about 2 years, its my dream car) so ill watch any wrx related videos 😂.
Those year models suffer rod bearing failures due to bad oil feed engine design. (11-17) wrx/sti. Subaru had a settlement for this paying owners. Replaced my 2013 engine at 68k miles. Car was stock with a cat back. You’re better off getting a newer model the new EJ’s are better.
If you were to buy an affected car though Subaru would would replace the engine if it failed within its parameters. I would not put off all 11-17 models based off of that though. However it is good information to share
Literally THE BEST year/chasis of wrx/sti design ever. The factory wide flared panels are so beautiful on this chasis.
Cant agree more
Sweet video, the car looks sick in bags. Makes me miss my 2013 wrx sedan

@@Smeedia I do have a leak, sprayed some soapy water and it made more bubbles than those toys used to make bubbles.
@@MexicanSniper11 is it a leak that your able to fix? I've seen some leak from the tank
