सब कुछ सही लेकिन मुझे एक बात समझा दे भाई कि नमी से शॉर्ट सर्किट कैसे हो जाएगा? 50 की उम्र हो गई, 15 साल कम कर दे रहा हूं बचपन के तो 35 साल से देख रहा हूं घर के बाहर लगे स्विचस को, अब तो मीटर भी बाहर लगे रहते हैं, बारिश में भी आज तक ऐसा नहीं हुआ और ना सुना कि बारिश के कारण शॉर्ट सर्किट हुआ हो। थोड़ा ज्ञान वर्धन करने की कृपा करें।

One more thing, regarding thermostat, once thermostat cuts the heater supply, how much time it takes to reactivate the heater. Simply put, what's the time span for which heater stops working before start reheating again. Thanks in advance.
