I've been cooking up a penetration / anti armor serath offlane build for any serath enjoyers out there, it goes like this:
Resolution (chalice first, finish after sky splitter)
Sky Splitter
Deathstalker
Vanquisher (only if winning) / penumbra (has hp)
Infernum / Absolution
Quiver / Basilisk / Nightfall (extra spicy)
Kind of a lot but if you use serath regularly you can see why items are in certain spots

I love draconum on serath so much. Her passive is almost a full reset on everything except hp which draconum fills that niche but I miss the power it gave too

Ive always absolutely loved Serath since day one. She's just been at not a great spot for a little while, glad that she's back to her best. I like this build, surprised by only picking up 1 attack speed item. I usually go Skysplitter, then Earthshaker first before anything. Might try skipping Earthshaker. I tend to main her more in Jungle rather than offlane to be fair, so i feel she needs the attack speed to help her clear speed. Great vid though. I have an interesting idea of building full Attack speed physical power build on her as i feel like she can burst really well, I feel like she'd become almost a melee sparrow with 5/6 AS and PP items.

Something like leafsong/rift walkers, elafrost, dynamo, flux matrix i bet is a solid core build!

Do you think skysplitter is still BIS or is it possible that its on its way out? current health doesn't seem too strong to me now that its gone from 6% pre 0.18 to 5% in 0.18, then down to 4% in current, and I feel like dust devil could be a replacement for sky splitter, especially since its been buffed to provide 48% attack speed, movement speed, and crit as a bonus. what are your thoughts on that, joey? thanks
Sky Splitter is extremely strong right now, it is part of the reason why Stormbreaker + Sky Splitter is the best first two item powerspike in the game that then feeds into ADC's being very very strong right now
The 6% was on every fourth hit or something whereas now skysplitter applies %HP on every basic
@@chzbrgr123the old passive was MUCH stronger as it had both the current health and max health on hit, it still is a must buy however
Steel and maybe Murdock feels insanely strong in offlane
Man that aurora had a huge lead and failed to capitalize on it and none of it led to any kills she could have easily snowballed out of control

Do you think Serath can be a good hero to carry games in ranked to climb?
She is decent i will say, especially if she is one of your better characters. But if you are looking to practice a hero and climb ranked, I would recommend other heroes like Zarus/Feng Mao/Aurora instead
@@JoeYoursTruly Yeah, I'm pretty good with Zarus so will probably just play him and Kwang a lot. Want to expand a bit in offlane so might try her soon in casual/brawl!
