I’d love for an anime that before every fight, they sit down and over explain everything they could possibly do to ensure no confusion
Wouldn't wanna hurt anyone, so preparing all participants for possible secret techniques is vital
Yeah so what I’ve done there is I’ve delivered a basic punch to the face, just to start, but then to confuse you I’ve changed it up a bit and kicked you in the shin.

It’s sorta like the binding vow in Jujutsu Kaisen which makes techniques more powerful if you explain them to your opponent
As a Yugioh fan, I both hate and love how accurate this is and I thank you for that. And for reminding me of Pogs. Never had them as a kid, but thank you for reminding me.

I love the idea of anime characters suddenly breaking the cheesiness and acting normal so they can explain to each other what’s happening.
This NEEDS to happen in a real anime. That's 100% my humor.
Okay but can we all agree that a shonen battle anime about pogs that also had deck building absolutely sounds like something that escaped from a weird alternate timeline?

The idea of an epic anime duel coming to a screeching halt because a player doesnt understand an opponent's move so they just have to slowly and casually explain it, presumably as saw blade gradually lower from the ceiling.
These two get the nerdiest prompts (and the best ones of that trio) and it just seems like something they’d do if they ever hung out in real life. The other one I can think of is senator trading cards

You know those action packed animes where everyone shouts the name of the move they're using as they attack? I want a character that just uses a gun and just shouts 'Bullet!' every time he fires his gun. Example: "Bullet! Bullet! Bullet! Bullet!"
I mean Jojo's Bizzare Adventure does that from Part 3 and onwards if that counts

As a fan of jojo, I feel like it's more of a yu gi oh episode because of how they explain every little detail about what they're doing as they're doing it.
There are a total of like 10 TH-cam guys I can't get enough of, and Brian and ProZD are some of the best.
