When you have witnessed a traumatic event, you tend to go through moments where you just don't want to do anything. Its part of where your brain processes what it has observed. Take your time and if anyone has a go at you, we will be there telling them to give you space

It seems like you are so busy all of the time, it's not even clear when it WOULD be a good time to film, but if you are feeling stressed and this just adds to it, obviously, you shouldn't pile more stress on. However for us, this is good content. I'm just as interested in the processes behind your business and life as I am in the adventures. I really liked this video. I'm glad you posted it, and I didn't think there was anything dull or messy about it!

I can totally feel u abt getting overly anxious and cannot even think straight haha I’ll even go as far as writing all my script down before the meeting to not say stupid things later haha
When you have a mentally challenging week, it is therapeutic to do something that is repetitive because you know what to expect, like how ppl rewatch movies they like. And there is something therapeutic watching/putting a big sticker (stamp for me), writing the address on a package and sending it off...at least for me.
I've just graduated from uni and have started work abt 2 mths now. Im also trying to get back at drawing which i have neglected a lot during school days... Once again, I really really love ur daily journaling, much more than normal weeklies. I definietely understand it doesn feel fun sharing abt the things from work and it's totally ok to just share wtv that u'r comfortable with~~ Still looking forward to ur future daily journaling~~

I hope you’re doing okay. What you saw can be hard to process ( I mean no insults in that). I hope you talk with someone about it. We had a horrible car accident happen in the middle of the night in front of our home. My husband and I where first there helping the victims. A firefighter said it was one of the worst accidents they had seen., if that gives any insight to how bad it was.
I am so sorry you had to witness that this week, as a family of First responders, I know that is not easy. Side note, what is that banana bread recipe it looked amazing!
