I'm helping a friend whose daughter is about to have her big first bday, and they don't eat sugar. Love the huge strawberries on the big people cake! I think this might help us. Every other video had cake, cookies, candy...
So many fun dresses! Yours is absolutely perfect! Beautiful glassware.

Hi Andreja, this is too cute! How were you able to save on food?

Hello andreja I have doubt about le cordon bleu they have "note" in their website about this "Please note that in order to successfully complete our Diplôme de Pâtisserie, students will be required to handle alcoholic beverages and beef or pork derivatives within a culinary context" and actually I am a muslim and we aren't allowed to eat pork and have alcohol so am I disqualified for the programme or not 😔

Hi Riyan! I think what they mean by this statement is to inform students that some of the recipes include either vanilla or some sort of alcohol for flavouring and gelatin is used in mousses and some creams. So if a cake has these ingredients, you will be expected to handle these products to make the recipe which would count towards your grade. But if things have not changed from the time that I attended school, we were never required to eat anything that we made or even what the chef's during demonstrations made. After every demonstration class, we would have the opportunity to taste the recipes, but this was not a requirement. So if you are comfortable using these ingredients and putting them in recipes, but not eating them, then you should be fine! But maybe send an email to the school just to have your concern addressed. I hope everything works out!
