I'd be surprised if I've been closer than 5000 miles of Chuck... but I've heard him! Everyone has the chance with TH-cam but you're 100% right... butlet's ask the right question: How do we get more people to listen to him?
I love his emphasis on complexity. A lot of people do not understand how complexity works and keep returning to top-down solutions by default, but they just don't work as well.
As a Calgarian, I am obliged to say that Edmonton sucks, and I really believe it because of how depressing the city is each time I visit (maybe I should spend more time in Whyte Ave instead of downtown...), but Michael Janz is a bright spot.
Another great talk by Chuck Marohn, such wisdom and insight, I wish everyone had the chance to hear him speak.

Perhaps Edmontonians have also been wondering why the city is so depressing each time you visit? 😉

The government is producing far more infrastructure than can be used and maintained. Having a market will correct that dangerous excess
