Hi Jan , how was everything ? Can we use E60 camera + G7500 with MXA920-S and enable Camera linkage for every lobe of Shure MXA microphone ( which will help us auto tracking depending Shure Lobes active talkers ) ? thanks for your information in advance .
Great video! I have a boardroom with audio challenges. Currently it has a G7500 with the 3 standard G7500 mics (Teams Room Mode). Would integrating the G7500 with the Shure IntelliMax and Shure Table/boundary mics improve on this? Also, if users mute (in Teams) on the TC8 that’s in the room - will that automatically sync/mute the Shure mics? I.e. Will they turn red? If so, vice versa also? Thanks
Hi ✋thanks for your comments. Thats a great question. I think we are providing via USB connected DSP like P300 the mute sync but you might want to double check with Shure if that will accept the sync from G7500. The other way is try to get some test equipment together in lab to try it out usually my thing and let me know your experience. I think DSP integration would be a great topic in one of the future videos. Thanks. ☕🔧JZ
I want to ask if the microphone can be plugged into the POE switch in the same network class as the G7500, instead of directly plugging it in? Is this solution ok?
Hi 👋 great question. As long as all the devices (g7500, mics etc) are in the same vlan/network it should work directly or via a switch. The quality only might be impacted via a company switch due to other traffic. I would say just test in your own environment.. 🤗📽☕️
Hi i have Poly G7500 with EagleEye IV 12x camera but device mode not work Caméra dont show in home screen but in admin panel she is Green , when I try to Connect usb In device mode if i Connect hdmi its work but if I Connect usb to use caméra and mic from my pc he dont work i use win 10 64 bit
Hello could be possible integrate a Poly X70 with a Shure MXA920 + P300? We are received this components and there is no way to find a solution to work those components together… please help … when is connected the P300 to the Poly X70 the speaker doesn’t works and the MXA920 neither … please help
Hi Edgardo thanks for your comments. You are correct Poly X70 can integrate with Shure P300 Teams certified. This is used by more customers. Important you cannot use X70 mic speaker together with Shure P300 these are two DSPs which will fight for the audio handling so only one can be used.. you need to enable USB audio in web interface of X to offload DSP to another device like Shure Biamp etc.. hope makes sense JZ☕️🔧
@@janzoetemelk thank you and do do you know if could be possible use the poly speaker when is connected the P300 ? This is to avoid use external speakers , could be possible ?
@@edgardojurado1046 Hi 👋 good question.. so only X70 can be speaker and Mic OR P300 with attached speaker and Mic no mixing that will give audio issues.. JZ☕️🔧
Hi Jan thanks for taking the time to explain this. Really useful . Im looking to use the Eagle eye 2 in a G85-T setup and a new DSP solution in our larger conference rooms. The size of the rooms would require the speakers voices to be amplified in the room via the in room speakers. Would this be possible in this scenario if we connected the intellimix300 to the eagle eye director for far end noise cancellation?. Would the camera still be able to track the speakers voice?. or could you tell me if this is possible. We would be looking at doing about 20 rooms this way. Thanks
Hi Andy thanks for your comments. Be aware the local audio reinforcement with speakers for a presenter will make it impossible for EED2 to find a speaker as it tracks and find speakers based on voice and face recognition.. you might want to make that flexible fpr userd with a panel so in case there is video with EED2 dont use local audio reinforcement only for local sessions without video required... integration with Shure P300 intellimix as Teams device is supported... it also can deliver the far end audio feedback to EED2...
@@janzoetemelk Thanks Jan, I wasn't sure if the reinforced local audio through the room speakers would be cancelled out as part of the far end echo cancellation and the EED2 would then pick up the physical voice in the room. Back to the drawing board .
@@andyfullerton1831 ok got it... correct we cannot cancel the local audio as the speaker track then wont work.. you can only cancel the far end audio via the 3.5mm input into the EED2 to make sure at least speakers with far end audio are avoided for optimal tracking..
Hi good question - in case of third party goosnec mics I recommend Shure Microflex wireless series which you can integrate with both X50 and G7500 via the Shure P300 using USB (internal DSP automatically transferred to P300). Good to know - the 3.5mm analog input on X50 can only be used as audio content input that is different behavior to G7500 were 3.5mm can be used as analog goosnec mic input and can be echo cancelled...
Thank you for the great video series, especially this one on using SHURE microphones. You convinced me to buy a Studio X50! I'm looking at other options to add more wireless mute buttons on the table... either through external mics (Poly or other), additional TC8s or other methods. Do you have any advice?
Hi Mike thanks for your comments. You have several options for extra mic mute at the table.. think of an additional Poly TC8 panel, mixed TC8 and Trio C60, Bleutooth remote(yess still there), X50 Expansion Mic (directly wired) has mute button. In Shure world lot of options MXA Mute, MXA 310... does that help?
Hi @jan z thanks for video , recently we are seeing lot of packet drop issue in video room any tool you recommend for monitor live call monitoring and alert in case of packet drops in endpoint.
Hi Naresh, thanks for your comments. The video endpoints with build-in packet IP analyser are usually a great start to investigate jitter, latency and packet loss.. packet loss can have different reasons from broken network cable, half duplex switch up to MTU size being to small in a service provider environment with you ending up with dropped packets...
@@paumavio Hi Paulo thanks for comments. These were just fixed pictures were I inserted pptp animations. But good point we recently released at Poly also sort of icon slides were you can build those rooms step by step with Poly equipt as icons yourself... let me put it on the list of videos to show you how easy that is.. 🤗📽 if you are Poly partner you can acces these icons from partner portal..
