Hahaha bicolana from iriga here.. Same goes for me.. We make our own hot sauce all other food that isn't spicy tastes bland for me haha unless ofc if its sinigang and nilaga or tinola but if im eating those i still have chillis with me haha

Mahilig tayo sa maanghang kasi sagana tayo sa sili. Karamihan ng sili sa luzon lalo sa metro manila galing bicol lalo na sa albay sa paanan ng Mayon madami sili farm. Kaya din nakasanayan magluto ng mga bicolano may halo sili kasi halos lahat ng bahay at bakuran may sili tanim.
