I don’t see that luck opens at certain age for planets. I have 9th Lord mars in 1 st house and my fortune skyrocketed when I showed tremendous courage. Fortune favoures the brave ( mars) !
My 9th lord is in 9th house which is Saturn itself. But it is debilitated in Navamsa. Now i am confused after 35 years my bad luck will start or bad luck will continue 🤔

9 th lord is sitting 12th from itself...do things related to 12th house( Spirituality, investment,foreign land ,PPL of other cultures,donation, isolation etc ) ...ur 9 th house would become favourable subject to running dasha and transit ..for eg it's in the sign of Capricorn so shifting ur profession away from ur birth place etc ..
