So true my ascendant lord is in 8th house, lots of efforts throughout my life with little material growth but Rahu dasha has brought tremendous spiritual growth in my 50’s

I faced Asc. & 4th lord debilitated Mercury Mahadasha which was full of challeges but good for experience. My Mercury gets exalted in D9. If it is debilitated ( in neech Rashi ) or it is placed in 6 th, 8 th or 12 th or it is marak to u r ascendant , then & then only , u have to face problem...otherwise it will be beneficial
