Decoy ships can exist. There was a story that U.S. general were invited to the USSR to see the Soviet's nuclear bomber aircraft fleet. The USSR flew their only three unmarked bombers in a circle. The U.S. general went back to Washington D.C. claiming the Soviets had 300 bombers. The U.S. military industrial complex is going to state that any decoy ship will be a capable navy ship.
@orlock20 in the CCPs rush to build up their navy, they skimped on mass. For example...US Navy ships are double-hulled, CCP-built ships are *not* (proven by a filipino ship, accidentally punching through the single-hull). This allows for quicker build-times. Double-hull ships provide increased safety (if you breach, you won't sink), increased stability (increased control and performance...the extra buoyancy provided by the double-hull further increases stability). To see an example of this, compare the turning radius of a US Naval Carrier vs a CCP Naval Carrier, the CCP can't make those tight turns because they would tip over if they attempted it. The CCP carrier is forced to make large, sweeping turns in comparison. None of this reflects fighting capabilities, this is only to show how accepting the CCP is at finding shortcuts...and that's not how to win a war IMO I just know the basics

When you consider the additional power requirements to drive the Electromagnetic catapults on top of ship propulsion . . . there just is no point in building a carrier that isn't nuclear-powered.
Just building lots of ships doesn't make you a competent navy. What is your doctrine? What are your logistics, training, maintenance, manning, rotation it's not a simple matter. You can build lots of ships that just wastefully consume your budget. Look at the Russian navy. Lousy.
It is a long learning curve. It is foolish to claim it is better than Ford or Nimitz class. No one has any clue. Not even PLAN. American took more than 70 years to perfect super carrier operation for a starter.
There are two different aircraft carriers in this film. One is a jump carrier with a deck that angles upward at the end. This is to help aircraft get into the air without a catapult. This method of takeoff limits the range and carrying ability of an aircraft. That is the advantage of an aircraft carrier with a catapult. The catapult, if it works, it’s the aircraft into the air with more fuel and ordinance. Even then, it’s necessary to refuel the aircraft after takeoff to give them the maximum range possible.
Even if they had the money, and they had the fuel, and they had the carrier battle groups to support these carriers, and they had the need for building carrier fleets, and they had the foreign bases to supply the fleets, China has no experience at all operating aircraft carriers in war. The US Navy has millions of man-hours of experience performing high-tempo carrier operations in war. For China to get any relevant experience they would need a few years at war with someone. They will be stopped before they can acquire any relevant experience. There is no point to China operating aircraft carriers. They saw that the US Navy had some big shiny toys and they decided they want some too. They won't be able to do anything with them.
To be fair everyone copies everyone to one degree or another which makes sense from a developer standpoint. But China isn't very good at it which is amazing since their entire economy is based on copying and reproduction of other people's stuff. They never mastered it at any level.
It's one thing lying to your own people who are told not to question anything. It's another to put it out there to the world and have them call you out on that lie
Although US carriers theoretically can lunch and recover aircraft at the same time it is very rare to do so. The except is aircraft carrier qualification when the deck has few aircraft on board. The reason is the aircraft deck movement would cause interference between the two operations with aircraft parked on deck. The problems the Chinese are having indicate they don't have the experience with many systems to make the ship work. The US Navy has been working for over 100 years to develop operations on it's carriers. It is a constant process of the older hands teaching the next generation. Having 20 personal on the flight deck to train the crew will require years to develop the experience needed for one carrier. It is a very fine dance to handle 50 aircraft on the deck.
Actually depending on what's going on and the cycle, you will often have the first cycle returning to land while the second launch is in progress. TH-cam has several videos where you can see this as the standard. This wasn't done as much on older Forrestal Class CVs because they had the forward left lift at the edge of the angled deck/landing area. Some ships also operate faster or slower than others. China's issue in Flight Operations is there are several secrets and unknown aspects that aren't mentioned in TV documentaries or on TH-cam. Standing beside the runway at a training field with three Hornet pilots a few years back during a period of "reaching out", I asked if we were sharing info with the PLANAF. "No, thankfully we aren't that bad,"said one Hornet pilot with a laugh. Brazil taught the Chinese the basics after the US Navy taught Brazil. (Oops!).
Everyone is wondering about the Chinese aircraft carriers, all you have to do is buy some crap from Harbor Freight and see how long that crap lasts and how it works

Does the ship actually exist or is it only on a hard drive? It's so pathetic they can't even get actual footage of the ship at sea. And that turning pic looked like CGI garbage too.
A J-35 carrier prototype has been recently spotted. The assumption is, for use on the type 003. The Type 003 bubble command post raises and lowers. The logical reason it lacks the safety striping, something easily remedied with a couple coats of paint
Carriers rely on radar systems for navigation, air traffic control, and defense. They also use extensive communication systems to coordinate with aircraft and other ships. A smaller radar signature can make it more difficult for enemy missiles and aircraft to lock onto _a section_ of the carrier by complicating targeting solutions, but not to an extent that would ever be relevant.
Remember that an aircraft carrier may well be the most complex piece of equipment humans have ever built. Even more than our space ships. After all, the rockets are only now becoming re-usable, and after every single mission, any re-used component is completely torn apart for inspection and repair before being reused. An aircraft carrier goes to sea for months or years at a time, and all repairs have to be done while it is underway. Dry dock is uncommon for these ships. So if China is copying the US here... it's still going to take quite a while for them to figure out the little details that make the US Navy so durable and dangerous at sea.
I wonder why they are been mocked, I think they are on the right path to building their own ship carrier. They can only get better so long as they continue trying.
I don't know if it's just me, but but does anybody else find it a little suspicious that 90% of the video footage is AI. Generated for the Chinese carrier.

You're telling me they found problems dueng a sea trial? Shocker...
Thanks for this channel. I really enjoy. And the channel's woman translater's accuracy😊
Lousy.
Not to mention Chineseium steal is absolute trash!!
@@amorosogombe9650 agreed . And still usa lost to china . Why is that ?
@@daveg-Vancouver_Island agreed but why did yankeeium usa lost to chinesium ?
I think there's a fruit loop here who is confused.
the same philosophy of building huge ghost cities that hold zero population
its money laundering gone to extremes
This is an excellent video. The best and most detailed I have seen so far on the fujian
Have they set a bomb off beside it like the americans do to see how the construction is?
It is a long learning curve. It is foolish to claim it is better than Ford or Nimitz class. No one has any clue. Not even PLAN. American took more than 70 years to perfect super carrier operation for a starter.
Agreed, PLAN has no “under combat conditions” experience whatsoever.
Does no one see the large amount of AI generated graphics in this video? It makes up most of it!
why are we watching a CG movie?
They showed sailing empty deck of course can full speed
2:10 is CGI I am sour with that
cgi
She'll make a great artificial reef !
In summary, they are way behind.
Can China create a ship w/o duplicates? Hahaha! ...QUALITY? Oh, the world knows what "MADE IN CHINA" is.
Even their new battle rifle is a US copy of the M4.
(Oops!).
Tofu Dreg Ship... it just has to look good; AKA look like the US.
Wow I didn't know Temu have carriers for sale 😂
Their latest engine takes gas, coal, and hotpot soup...
@@danhtran6401 and gutter oil
Just let them believe in their own foolishness. Its just a propaganda for their people to see.
Everyone is wondering about the Chinese aircraft carriers, all you have to do is buy some crap from Harbor Freight and see how long that crap lasts and how it works
Chyna steals everything...
Does the Fujian come with its own tug boat? 😊
Yeah it's a copy,,BUT BUT on the keel is a plaque--" MADE IN CHINA ",,,,,,ours says " MADE IN USA " !!!!! Look at their dams,,,,it's clear they saved money and when that dam goes eeeeeeeeeeeee !!! again,,Plaque on the tower says " MADE IN CHINA " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " PINGS" PONG !!!
What trying to buy a Ford class off Temu looks like.
"Tilt" when a ship is turning, is called "heeling" on a ship or boat.
Fujian is 😛China that translates to "Happy Establishment".
Lol it's diesel powered. You'd think China would know how to build a nuclear powered carrier.
Was that a musical edit error, or just me? 😂
😂😂 I don't know but it got me paying attention again lol
@@robertprior94 It was the CCP's Belt and Road Initiative song. It's pretty horrible and the video is worse.
Does the ship actually exist or is it only on a hard drive? It's so pathetic they can't even get actual footage of the ship at sea. And that turning pic looked like CGI garbage too.
Another Russian Technology aircraft carrier, with signature smoke.
Why so many poor computer generated images of planes on decks and taking off?
Those little visible shortcomings may not be critical and may be easily fixed, but they tell on who refined is the overall design
Lets also not forget Chinese steel and materials are doo doo
Look up their 2012 national-level plan to develop good enough steel for a ballpoint pen.
It took 5 years.
I got to say it looks really slick !
🤣🤣🤣 TOFU
If fujian aircraft carrier can beat MADE IN USA probably by then America aircraft carrier can fly
A J-35 carrier prototype has been recently spotted. The assumption is, for use on the type 003.
The Type 003 bubble command post raises and lowers. The logical reason it lacks the safety striping, something easily remedied with a couple coats of paint
China Observer: the new Chinese aircraft carrier is a cheap.....
Rest of the world: We don't care...
Thank you buddy
Son, you ain’t never gonna have a stealth aircraft carrier!
So their big scary carrier is worthless and they sank their own submarine. Communism in a nutshell. 😂
Not communism, state-controlled socialism, which leads to grift.
The Chinese copy everything. But there ain’t nothin like the real thing, baby.
Aircrafts carriers without planes flying... it's funny !
Launching an aircraft from a catapult and ramp is completely different
The Temu Nimitz, can’t wait for the shock tests😊
China is not a near peer.
I saw a Blackhawk chopper, a Hawkeye, an F35, and a Flopping Shark. Copyright laws have been broken here. Stealing is bad, horry fruk.
It's the Admiral Kuznetsov of the Chinese navy
As a Navy Veteran, it seems like this imagery is cgi mostly. I may be wrong.
Be like China, they said. lol
All that really matters is the quality and size of the air wing
I wonder why they are been mocked, I think they are on the right path to building their own ship carrier. They can only get better so long as they continue trying.
I don't know if it's just me, but but does anybody else find it a little suspicious that 90% of the video footage is AI. Generated for the Chinese carrier.
This is the CCPs lame propaganda video the narrator is commenting on.
Its cute they copy everything we do. Right down to the colors worn by deck crew types. Its like a little brother that tries so hard to impress🤡🤡🤡🤡
That is all the Chinese will ever be, little brothers crying for attention from other siblings.
Lots of CGI and fancy visuals but no footage of actual flight ops on the ships. Little brother still in the play area with his toys.
This too is a paper tiger. It looks good when flaunting it. But it no way looks battle built.
