I just had the same shit today. Told him I wanna keep the length, but just fade it into my bald trimmed head. The guy took off everything and fucked up the natural cheek line. Now I look like an Arab with those fake looking beards.

Hey B, good to see you again. I am always butchering my line. Have not found the right template yet so I just draw my line in. I noticed since I let my mustache grow thicker, it's starting to grow into the beard around my lip which hides the small gap around my lip.

Sometimes the natural line looks dope,it's not as clean and sharp,but more primal. Takes time to let it fully grow in.

What did you use to get it to grow ? How long did it take for you starting day one when it was really low ?
Always had that issue barbers always wanna cut more than they need to on beards. Lol but now I just trim at a high point and let the hair fill out. It all catches up eventually for a cleaner look. Oh and off topic question what's ur top beard conditioner right not scotch porter or pantene conditioner. Or is there another you prefer?

I use a hand mirror it help me line better instead of the big one now I think might get a pen to so it will be quicker
the templates dont work good for folks like me who rock a medium or semi med height cause the templates gota high angle
so i use the template then ill free the rest to my height I like

I can't get my cheek line hair to grow higher up and got a little bald spot close to my jaw line. Any tips?
I neckbearded the hell out of my self the other day, the line is clean but it's waaaaay low. It's gonna look hella dumb growing in but I guess I'll just have to be patient.
