As you may have seen in the showcase, it's significantly stronger than both of the options you mentioned, as the 54% def pen is a 38% damage increase and the base atk difference leads to a 9.3% total atk difference.

Topaz LC is more agile. You can place it almost one everyone. Topaz, March 7th, Dr Ratio, Moze. And I doubt that Feixiao LC is better on these characters. It depends on what you want. If you want LC that you can place on everybody you should choose Topaz’s. But if you want just strong LC for Feixiao her LC will be better.

That's the point, people kinda love to see high numbers on screen despite of the efficiency of a character. The overkill at her older versions looked awful, just wasting dmg after have killed an enemy I think is the only thing Acheron players would like to see on Feixiao, like an "Acheron from hunt"

Feixiao doesnt necessarily need her LC , i would say go for robin first and then if you have any pulls go for feixiao

Save, or get Robin E0 / E1 because she will increase entire team damage and have more use elsewhere compare to a DPS signature

Well in this showcase every character is E0 so I don’t know, maybe you watched showcases with Eidalons. (Only Moze is C6)
It's actually the same maybe better, it's just since they limited it to 6 hits per instead of allowing all 12 at once its less dmg per screenshot
Ye, what the guy above said. So instead of 600k per ult, it's now 300k 2x. Which is actually better cause more Robin proc and more action, also avoids overkill.
That's the point, people kinda love to see high numbers on screen despite of the efficiency of a character. The overkill at her older versions looked awful, just wasting dmg after have killed an enemy I think is the only thing Acheron players would like to see on Feixiao, like an "Acheron from hunt"
I see that Fei's damage with the US lc is a bit mediocre, and I have S1 so the damage will be even lower, I want to cry😭😭😭
