Chicken Dalcha Using Cooker - Nasi Kandar Style| Dalcha Ayam Guna Cooker

Dalcha is a dish which has any meat, cooked with dal and veggies in it. It is more like a meat sambar.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of lentils
1/2 tbsp of tamarind paste
cinnamon
cloves
1 onion
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of chilli powder
3 tsp of curry powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tomato
vege of your choice-potatoes , carrots, brinjal
coriander leaves and green chilies
Bahan Bahan:
1/3 kacang dal
1/2 sb asam
kayu manis
bunga cengkih
bawang merah
1 sb pes halia dan bawang putih
1/2 sk kunyit
1 sk serbuk cili
3 sk serbuk kari daging
1/2 sk garam
1 tomato
ubi, lobak merah dan terung
daun ketumbar dan cili hijau
