Looks great so far! Regarding the kitchen - you can use the transform tool -> move to clip the cabinets in the island so that there is no gap. Also, you can use the same move tool to stack the ovens. You can clip any objects together. Some other youtubers (gigigames, chaotic jelly, home design games, jellie and many, many more) use it to create custom furniture, diagonal walls, spiral staircases, realistic looking pools, rivers etc. Sandbox mode is more powerful and complex than it seems at first but it takes time to master the tools and understand what's possible and what isn't. Can't wait for more of your builds, your insight as a real world designer is invaluable. Thank you.

You can use the transform object tool and use it to stretch the shelfs further on the sides, so you place a small Shelf and enlarge the sides of it
I love everything you do with these houses. The interiors are pleasant to look at.
For the master bath maybe some small green hanging plants with a black pot and put those of the tiled wall
Did you know you can change the channel and sound level of the TV’s? If you use the flipper tool in change style mode you can change it. Also depending on your key binding Z is the undo button!
And the collectibles are all variations of Bessie Beaver and can be found in the email jobs, there is a handy guide on the Steam community tab to tell you where they all are. It doesn’t do any thing for the game itself but you can then use them for decoration and it is a Steam achievement if you get them all. 😊

They really do need to put that resizing option for carpets in the main game.
