Pro tip: When you're collecting the trash from cleaning up buildings/properties or doing the house builds - rather than tossing the bags into the recycle at the location and then having to take all the boxes out and back to your office trash building, just keep all the bags as they are, store them and take them back to your recycling center at your office. Then, add the bags to the recycling bins directly across from your compactor machine and yeet the boxes across to your compactor. You can just load them onto the belt there and process that way.
You won't lose the materials from the job site, and the trash itself is much more condensed in the bags, taking up MUCH less space when transporting it back to the office.

A tip on the painting. Once you max it out (level 5 i think) and set the motion sickness in the options, the painting is wicked fast. One dip on the paint roller will do 2 -1/2 walls and very fast also. Takes way less paint to do the job also. I have bought the downtown office and can show you where it is but not sure I can explain it in words. Its a high-rise building that's mid way between Portstown and middle of downtown. As soon as you do the last mail mission it will show you where it is. Its a bout a block west from City Hall.

You don’t have to plaster Sheetrock irl. The Sheetrock in the game looks like it already has the mud on it, so it should be paint ready. Also it irks me that the outside corners of the crown mold doesn’t fill in.
That's what i said, unless they wanted a skim coat on it for finish.
I'm still searching for that second office but there's no hint as to where it is, it's bugging me to bits. lol
I'm not sure if the run speed skill affects or the brick laying etc but I noticed putting points in the power seems to make the hole the sledge hammer makes larger (i might be wrong though) if so those three skills might have hidden benefits for other things too. Great episode.
Those 3 have hidden benefits because I upgraded them some and my building is way faster. 😊 not sure which one did what.

YOU DON'T NEED the extension cord. Just plug the generator directly into the cement mixer.
Less makes more! Try the open floorplan ...where you assign all the rooms but don't make any walls for them in the planner. Use assigned hallways to separate rooms without walls. The shopping list will show that you need way more paint and materials than you actually do. All that extra paint and materials will naturally go home with you so you can build the next house for free. It will be the quickest build ever! And it will make you rich!! But try not to put in too many windows because that expense will come out of your pocket and the game won't reimburse you for them.

best way is put 4 packets of 100 cement in mixer or 2 200 bags to make 400 cement quicker and faster

Not sure what elements constitute making more money on a quick sale, but I put four double doors on the smallest building I could design. It was so small that the game didn't have me digging out the dirt inside, nor was there pouring of cement, or an insulation requirement inside the 'living space'. The project ended up being a grass floor inside, but it gave me $685,000. The walls were only wide enough to fit a single double door on each side, nothing else, and I clicked 'yes' I had windows but didn't add any to the design. 😂 Anyhow, thanks for the shoutout, I hope this helps. Maybe MY game is buged?
I might be wrong but I am quite sure the door count is what brings in the 'big bucks' since the game was okay without windows on the design and allowed me to click yes to build it. I do alot of exploration of shortcuts with the game, will it let me do this or that, and just have fun with it. In Ranch Simulator, I built a 75 story building and was able to send the box truck on top of that roof to do stunts at sky level. 😂 I uploaded the build on my previous channel since there was some sort of high-rise building competition going on at the time but nobody was able to build a taller building than mine to this day.
