I was searching for cause of or how this time dilation really happens..how it affects our material clock and biological clock..I have seen many videos on this topic. But, after seeing this video, I got a satisfied explanation for my doubt. It basically changes the repeated chemical reactions in the whole structure involved in that partcular frame, including inside human body and inside of all external physical matters of all the materials...(video timing: 5th minutes to 7th minutes, clearly explans this concept)...thanks to the channel for such a simple explanation which can be easly grasped on such a highly complicated topic.

എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം സമയം എന്നത് സങ്കല്പമാണ്. സങ്കല്പം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ സമയവും ഇല്ല. മെഡിറ്റേഷൻ വർഷങ്ങളായി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് ഇത് മനസ്സിലാകും. മെഡിറ്റേഷൻചെയ്യുന്നതോറും കാലത്തിന്റെ അനുഭവംഇല്ലാതായി വരും. പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്റെ വേഗത കൂടി വരുന്നു. ശരീര ബോധവും കുറഞ്ഞു വരുന്നു. ചിലപ്പോൾഎങ്കിലും കാലത്തിന്മു ൻപേയോ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നത് അനുഭവത്തിൽ വരാറുണ്ട്. കാലത്തിന് അതീതമാണ് തന്റെ ബോധം എന്ന ഉണർവ് അനുഭവപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്. But എങ്ങനെ തെളിയിക്കും എന്ന്നിശ്ചയംഇല്ല. ഈ പ്രപഞ്ചത്തെ ഞാനൊരു സ്വപ്നം മാത്രമായി കരുതുന്നു. അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഒന്നുമില്ല. കാലത്തിന് അകത്തുള്ള ലോകം. ആ കാലം തന്നെ സങ്കല്പം ആണേങ്കിൽ ലോകം എത്ര വലിയ മിഥ്യ

സമയം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് , ഈ പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങളെ / പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങളെ അളക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു അളവുകോൽ (measuring unit) ആണ് , എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ , അത് ശരിയാണോ ?
മാറ്റങ്ങൾ എന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് , നിരന്തരം മാറുന്ന പ്രപഞ്ചം .Eg: earth is rotating around sun, galaxies are moving apart, cell division in animals etc..
അതായതു ദൂരത്തെ അളക്കാൻ Kilo meter, centimeter, miles etc.. എന്നത് പോലെ ,
താപത്തെ അളക്കാൻ degree celsius, fahrenheit എന്നത് പോലെ .
മാറ്റങ്ങളെ അളക്കാനുള്ള man made/imaginary measuring unit ആണ് സമയം , എന്ന് കരുതാൻ പറ്റുമോ ?
That is, time is not real & it is imaginary but changes in the universe is real ?

Universe നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് നോക്കുമ്പോ നമുക്ക് സമയത്തിലൂടെ മാത്രമല്ലല്ലോ സ്പേസ് ലും ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു തിരിച്ചുപോക്ക് സാധ്യമല്ലല്ലോ. കാരണം സ്പേസ് അനുനിമിഷം വികസിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നല്ലേ പറയുന്നത്. അപ്പൊ പിന്നെ എങ്ങനെ x, y, z direction മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ തുടരും എന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റും. ഒന്നുകില്‍ സമയം മുന്നോട്ട് തന്നെ പോകുന്നത് കൊണ്ട്‌ സ്പേസ് expand ആയിക്കൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്നു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്പേസ് expand ആവുന്നത് കൊണ്ട്‌ സമയം മുന്നോട്ട് തന്നെ പൊയ്ക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതല്ലേ ശെരി

I have already subscribed to your channel and will continue to explore science through your channel.
I have a doubt, regarding the way you explained how the time is slowed down in a train moving at a speed closer to speed of light. This slowing down is experienced when compared to someone observing from platform. In the same way for someone observing from the train the time on the platform should slowdown , as for him the platform is moving at the same speed but in the opposite direction.
Can you please explain why this is not the case.

According to Albert Einstein,at light's speed time becomes zero, at a speed greater than light speed time becomes negative , light speed is three lakhs per second, but quantam entalgement , information can be transferred at speed of three trillion meters per second, that means information reaches at destination which is light years far, before they are sent ( negative time)
