I love this song especially his version. Where is the man going to go from here. Can't wait to see him on America's Got Talent (AGT) soon. Couple things. The video, lighting, standing there is basically his signature look / video. I get what you mean about moving, but doesn't bother me. His voice is so good, I'm here to listen to it. I can recognize his video quickly now. Popularity growing. I found him on TH-cam as most have done as he's released a lot of covers in the past couple years now. I have a feeling AGT is going to blow up his popularity. There are 2-3 videos of him singing in his car. It's my understanding that lots of people were thinking/claiming that he's produced, it's not really him, edited etc so his sang live in his car to prove it's him and he can do exactly what he did here. And came Mariah on the way. He said he never had a vocal coach. He’s the Brazilian 🇧🇷 golden boy. Yes, he’s a gospel singer. We’re waiting to his audition on AGT. Next listen to Lead the way MCarey or some of his song in his car. Original song Cinthya Erivo from Harriet movie. Maybe this same song. Subscribed!!

Actually, he claims to be self-taught. He just listened to Whitney, Mariah, etc., and tried to reproduce what they did. And all the videos are recorded the same way, with him standing still. What you might like is his videos in the car, which he recorded raw on his smartphone. I'd recommend his rendition of "I want to know what love is", the car version. BTW, he'll be on America's Got Talent this month. Stay tuned.

I agree with the teacher. Gabriel has an amazing voice, but in this video he was really still. And the clothes he was wearing didn't show his personality. But in the next ones he improves a lot in these aspects, in some videos at least.
