First you must teach people how to open their hoods and then explain to them how to add coolant or any other simple task. You would be surprised how many just know how to add gas and go. Why the automotive industry will never fade.

Never ever open the hood of a vehicle of with rings on your fingers! It's dangerously stupid and disrespectful to a customer as you might scratch the paint.
