LOL!!! Minimalist packer's should not be watching for sure! Recently found your channel trying to put together my "Alaska" cruise wardrobe. I"m so happy to see I'm not the only chick that has to have everything and organized in bags. My bags have bags! "I'm a little extra" Yep....me too! Great channel! My new binge worthy indulgence. Happy traveling!
LOVE this! I always say “I’m not good at packing” - instead I’m now going to just accept that packing for options is a healthy way to manage my anxiety!
When you said "if you're a minimalist packer, don't watch this video", I thought "A kindred spirit"! LOL Let me reassure you, that compared to me... You are Quite a minimalist packer 🙄😜 Let me finish were you left off... A travel sewing kit, blister stick, bug bite stick, hydrocortisone cream, band aides, bobby pins, shower cap, flushable wipes, a travel nail kit with tweezers, scissors, self tan towelettes, qtips, travel size febreeze, alcohol wipes, travel size gold bond powder, a razor, humidity proof hairspray, travel mouthwash, spray body spf & you can never have enough hair ties & clips!! & always keep a go bag packed & ready So remember to restock after you get home- not before you leave. 😘 (I am definitely ordering that Mitchum antiperspirant on Amazon! )
Yes, Perfect timing! Thanks for doing this video. Headed to VA in July, back home to FL for a couple weeks & then off to Maine in August. So looking forward to traveling again. Thanks for the tips & recommendations Marnie. Have a great weekend 😘
Great travel tips. I pack my toiletries the same way. Always carry on the makeup, one compartment for am skincare, one for pm, one for shower/hair. Makes it so much easier. Thanks so much for sharing.
I just got a larger bag so it was great to see how you pack yours. I just came back from a trip and I agree that having makeup, skincare, and body in the same bag was too much. I definitely going to reorganize
I’m on your page. I like options. I also pack my makeup and skincare, basically all toiletries in my carry-on. Also jewelry in carryon. It’s all to expensive to replace if lost.
Love all the travel suggestions. Traveling to Scotland in July. I would love it if you could do a video on your trip there- what to wear, what type of handbag to bring, recommendations for food, etc. Thank you so much!
Great topic Marnie! My daughter just moved to Charleston so that is my new (very hot) destination! Can’t wait to order the travel bag, love the magic eraser tip, I would add, attach a few safety pins to one of the zippers. That has saved me several times!
I love seeing inside other peoples travel toiletry kits. 👍❤️ It’s often the edited version of the best of the best, plus travel tips which is so much fun to think about again!
Extremely helpful, a few things ordered! Headed to Romania in 2 weeks, for 3 weeks - home for 2 days, then off to Arizona. IKR! Thanks so much for the LINKS!!!
Wow Marnie you got a lot of stuff in that bag and it seemed like it still wasn’t completely full! I think I may order the medium size as well for smaller trips or to hold my bath/shower care for bigger trips. Then on my bigger trips I can use the large for my makeup, hair and other random things. And I’m definitely going to add a magic eraser to my bag!!! You’re genius!! And poopourri is a must on any trip.
Thank you for sharing your travel packing routine! I am like you and feel better knowing that I have everything that I need when I’m traveling. I purchased this toiletry bag in black and it is especially great in small bathrooms that don’t have much counter space. I leave it hanging and I am able to access everything easily. Good to know that it can go in the washing machine. I would like to see how you pack your makeup and brushes. Thanks again!
LOL! I am so with you. Even though I'm an experienced traveller, I can honestly say I am the only person in my family that went to India and Mexico and got constipated.
Love packing toiletries for a trip. I’ve already packed a clear pouch from CVS and I don’t leave until August. lol 😂. Sitting at Kenilworth Beach watching this video and our beautiful Lake Michigan.
Haven’t been traveling (anywhere outside the state) in last couple years bc kids were too young. Planning a second honeymoon in May 2023 (I know.. I like planning ahead!) I actually got the EXACT same organizer as a gift and I am sooo excited to use it! Last time we went on a vacation, I had 3-4 cosmetic bags and it drove me a little crazy tbh.. I also don’t want to have all my things laying around lol the bathroom tables 🫣 I’m gonna save this video and rewatch it a week before my trip to not forget anything!
I’ve been so tempted to get that travel pack if Colleen hair products, but feat they will be too heavy for my fine hair. They look beautiful though, and I am sooooo tempered 😂
I’m the same way. I like to have my tried and true products with me, along with choices in clothes to wear and makeup to put on. I’m going to NJ beach on Saturday, so this was timely.
A flight attendance I follow on YT turned me onto the Lugg trolley bags and I finally splurged (by my standards) and bought one. That sort of "brick" shape works best for me. I've had hanging bags and never end up hanging them so their utility is lost on me. And I definitely pack my makeup and brushes in my carryon or personal item bag!
Marnie I love how you just said you are extra. I have followed you almost since the beginning. Please buy the Costco Phillips sonicare electronic toothbrushes. it gives you that dentist feeling . They are a 2 pack and much cheaper .they go on sale often. I can’t ever use a manual toothbrush ever again . Not even for a day.
Hi Marnie, very helpful. I'm one of those people who doesn't want to forget something on a trip. Even though we haven't planned any trips yet my future daughter in law and son will be traveling and I know she would like all your special tips. Thanks very much for the fun video. Xoxo, Karen
My son has to have surgery in NY in September. I am actually trying to figure out if I can pack for two to three weeks in just a carry on and a personal bag or if my son and I can pack in one checked bag. I am going to drastically cut my skincare and makeup down. I really don't know how much makeup I will even be wearing while hanging out in the hospital. I am currently working on my list of what I will need. I enjoy seeing what other people pack for a trip. Thanks for sharing.
Can I just say that I love the Mitchum Antiperspirant you recommended some time back. It goes on dry and works perfectly. Such a little thing that makes a big difference in my day. (I do wish there was a travel size, as I am a minimalist packer) Thank you!
Thank you! Now that we are traveling again (it seems like this is the year of the bar/bat mizvot, weddings, etc., and when trips that had been postponed may actually happen), I need to start thinking about packing smartly and strategically again. Your videos are helping me quite a bit!
I bought the makeup bag after seeing it in your cruise video. I used it for the first time for our March cruise and I love it! I also started using that Mitchum antiperspirant because of you. It's another winner. 👍🏻
Going on 10 day Alaska cruise 🚢 this month. I can fill one suitcase with make up, face care, and all the cruise related stuff! Trying to narrow down but we will be gone 2 weeks. Numerous weather changes…yikes!
This was great! We haven't gone on a vacation in a few years. I would really like to go somewhere we haven't been. We live in south Louisiana and used to go to the beach every summer. I'm tired of the beach and want to go somewhere else.
Thank you for a great video! Just what I need as i will be travelling from Norway to the USA in December. I will defenitely get the toiletry bag, as I need a new one. It looks great. The Mitchum anti-perspirant sounds great too! Good to be able to pack so many things in one bag. I am also not a minimalistic packer, so this was exactly what I needed. I am wondering what the name of your smart watch from Walmart is? It looks really nice and will try to find it there when I get to the USA (we dont have Walmart in Norway). Love from Norway ❤️
Yes I can! I try to pack a multipurpose one that works well day or night. Currently it's Burberry Her. In cooler months it's been Tom Ford Lost Cherry.
Very timely, I’m headed to Texas tomorrow. (From MS so I know all about that humid climate😉). Quick question, I have never been to a Nordstrom so I can’t wait to step foot in one while I’m in San Antonio. Is there a specific one you’d recommend? Not sure if there’s more than one in the area.
Hannah Lynn! I'm so excited that you're coming to San Antonio! There's only one Nordstrom here. It's about 20 minutes away from my house-maybe I'll see you there!
Hi Marnie. I enjoyed this video as I also like to have all of my products with me when I travel. Do you use any specific products for the neck, or do you use the same products as for the face? I have tried many neck products and find that Strivectin firming neck creme works well for me, but am interested if you have others that you could recommend. Thanks!
Do you mean they are contact lenses for far and reading? Where have I been? Do you enjoy them? I never liked contact lenses but I would like to give another try

Have a great cruise! You're going to love it!
Glad to see I am not the only one who packs makeup, skincare and shower separate! Loved this video!
Yay! Thank you!
LOVE this! I always say “I’m not good at packing” - instead I’m now going to just accept that packing for options is a healthy way to manage my anxiety!
I’ll never understand the people who pack like it’s a competition. There are no awards here and no judges.

Mitchum deodorant, awesome choice. ❤️ great for Perspiration in other parts .

Marnie, you are 1000% correct about Mitchum. I love that I can get the roll on and spray versions in England! 🌺

I have a “poop” bag. 😂 Wipes, PooPurri and Lysol.🤣
That is the best deodorant, I've used it for years. It's crazy how expensive it has gotten and how hard it is to find
Can I just say that I love the Mitchum Antiperspirant you recommended some time back. It goes on dry and works perfectly. Such a little thing that makes a big difference in my day. (I do wish there was a travel size, as I am a minimalist packer) Thank you!

My husband calls my travel makeup bag, the “chemical” bag bc it contains hyaluronic acid, serums and “potions” as he puts it. 😎
Lots of great suggestions! Thanks Marnie, xx
Lots of great suggestions! Thanks Marni!!!

I found on Amazon airless pumps with. No caps. A twist up like your perfume atomizer. Hate csps
Can you let me know if the fragrance atomizers leak? I bought some last year for a trip, and they all leak! Thanks Marnie! Great organization!🥰
Great video! I’m curious to know how you get your CBD on a cruise. I use Delta 8 to help me sleep but know cruises don’t allow CBD or Delta 8.
I don't!
So helpful thank you! Marnie what perfumes do you pack? Day? Nite? Can you do a makeup and brushes travel video? ❤️❤️
Yes I can! I try to pack a multipurpose one that works well day or night. Currently it's Burberry Her. In cooler months it's been Tom Ford Lost Cherry.
@@MsGoldgirl I just Burberry her love it!!
I'm a minimalist packer for myself but not my kids 😅
I found my round travel case for cotton rounds YEARS ago also! Why would they stop selling them?!?!? LOL Glad its not just me.

@@MsGoldgirl awesome I sure hope so! I’ll be roaming the makeup and perfume section for quite awhile I’m sure. 🤣
Perfect timing 👍
Why not pick up a mini funnel to refill your boderma? I had the same issue

I haven't used anything consistently but I've heard great things about the one from Gold Bond.
Bioderma - I use a syringe to refill my travel bottle.
That is crafty!!
Minimalist packers are not in my friend group.
🤣🤣🤣
How r u?.ow epic video. have a good day~ =))
❤❤
Lol love ya but I’ll be moving on catch you on the next one
Do you mean they are contact lenses for far and reading? Where have I been? Do you enjoy them? I never liked contact lenses but I would like to give another try
They correct for both distance and reading, not just for reading. They’re fantastic!
@@MsGoldgirl thank you so much!!!🥰
❤️
Only moly. That’s a lot of stuff. I thought I was high maintenance.
Bloody awful, but if your busting 2 go then a small toilet bag will have to do i suppose, just keep it zipped up.
