Genuinely so excited for this horror approach that Mojang is taking for the future. This new stalker mob sounds like such a cool idea.
In regards to the creaking, whatever you do, don't go beyond the rickety bridge
This minecraft live brought 2 things I absolutely adore: the animation for villagers news (should have been how the movie looks ngl) AND, the fucking pale garden with a crunch of creekies, this is perfect for Halloween, a perfect weeping angel, they cooked. Please more horror elements in Minecraft
That biome is pretty cool. Love the desaturated look, and of course The Creaking is great too. My one negative though is the lack of an actual garden of some kind, despite the biome being "The Pale Garden".
Still love the horror nature of it all though.
This may be the best Minecraft Live I've seen in years. I'm glad they made the main event format more staged so it's very informative and fun to watch and left the couch yapping session for the after-party.
Now I want to create a new world with just the new biome and experience the horrors
The villager news part is actually pretty dark . You're in the woods, and you see your freinds corpse and watch as everyone is torn apart
I remember back in the Nether update, one of the ideas for a Nether biome they had was a dead forest with tree looking enemies, so i'm glad they went back to that idea and repurposed It into the pale garden (awesome name btw)
They added mimics to Minecraft. As if the cave sounds weren't enough.
Well, that was a fun stream! Guess I'll tune in for Zenless Zone Zero!
Quick question: have you ever heard of the Create mod? It's a FANTASTIC redstone mod with a steampunk aesthetic and unique mechanics. Watch the trailer and you'll know what I'm talking about.

You were wondering why they made the movie live-action? They explained the thought process behind that at 19:53, but you didn't seem to catch it. To oversimplify, they saw how many amazing fanworks use animation, and wanted to do something unique that fans can't easily do on that scale.
This whole section was actually really insightful, and while I'm still erring on the side of caution, I'm also a bit more optimistic about it now.
That was such a good presentation! Pretty good Minecraft live, if I see someone complain about The Creaking I will send 50 of them to their house. Love the new biome and wood and flora, i know I’m gonna use it for some guilds. Also VILLAGER NEWS IS THE BEST
