I can totally relate to the English/Thai language switching between words and not being fluent in Thai language... The colors you mention as your favorite are mine, too! My favorite crayon color as a kid was salmon pink, which is a warm, coral pink color. I’m not that big of a fan of cool pink colors usually. And periwinkle blue is another favorite for sure, as well as natural looking greens.

Thank you so much for sharing so much about your life and also your anxieties. And especially: Thank you for talking about it so openly and how not to respond to it! I think it's very helpful. I experience this a lot with my mother and I know that she does not mean any harm, but I think it's also a generation thing because she grew up differently and nowadays people are more aware about depression etc. That is of course not an excuse and I really hope that people will be more careful when it comes to those topics. So thank you for your sharing
