Dawn, I used to follow a youtuber named "Blue Bus Dave" I think that he lived in one of those older neighborhoods in New Jersey. This reminded me of him and his sweet family. He just quit youtube, and I have no clue what happened to him... 😢 We as followers really get attached to the youtubers we follow. I felt like I had lost a friend when he stopped filming.💔 Anyways, I enjoyed going with you to this town wide sale.❤
I used to really love yard sales when I still drove. I remember one guy who sold me a whole crate full of the kinds of figurines/decor I used to sell on ebay for a very cheap price. That was when I first moved to Vegas. I love your finds. I love rings but don't wear any jewelry anymore. I would still wear rings, but I never go anywhere that I would wear them.
We had an annual village wide “garage sale” in Sackets Harbor, NY (historic place near Watertown). If the weather was good, people would bring all their stuff, including furniture, out to the curb. It was very popular, people came from far and wide to shop. During the last one before I moved to Houston, I just dragged all my stuff outside, put up a sign that said “FREE”, and went inside. Boy, my porch and lawn were crowded with people! That’s also when I gave away most of my Louis Ferraud clothes, that I’d had since the ‘80s. None of it was left when I came outside in the afternoon.
This was fun. You had such beautiful weather for going from sale to sale. These kind of neighborhood sales are so great, because you never know what you'll find. It made me smile when you bought the cookies from the children 😊. I'm already looking forward to the next video to see where you go next time! 💕💞💕
