  • Come with me to stunning Meteora, Greece. Meteora is home to several monasteries perched on top of limestone rock formations that look like are from another planet. Not only are the monasteries an amazing feat of architecture, the surround natural beauty is stunning!
A big Thank you to ‪@VisitmeteoraTravel‬for the tours. The guides were outstanding with their knowledge and hospitality. Book directly with Visit Meteora here, visitmeteora.travel/. The tours I did was the Sunset Tour and the Half-Day Tour.

We were there in October and I think it was the highlight of the trip for my wife and daughter. And that was after seeing the sights of Athens, Santorini, Paros and Delphi. It is incredible. As a side note, driving in Greece is super easy. The roads are better than here in the states and the traffic is nothing to sweat over.

It has been one of the best things I have done here. I don't think the driving is easy in the mountains! But that is because I am afraid of heights. There is no traffic though. They have no idea what traffic is like!

    Thanks Tiffany,
my aunt used to live in Kalambaka, and sitting on her balcony we used to stare at the Meteroa. I had lunch in a tavern in Kastraki with my cousin who lives there, in the winter. Life got in the way and I did not go back until 2018 on a Viator tour with a Canadian friend who had not been there. It was a very hot September day, with hundreds of other people, in one of those awful big buses. Your video shows the beauty of it when you have time to explore. You do your research so well. Visit Meteroa looks like an amazing company. Does the same company do other cities in Greece?
