@@EricGraham94 I recommand it ! The public seems to enjoy it highly each time You just have to find out if such concerts are going to happen near enough (in France, where this one - among others - took place, there won't be LOTR-in-concert event for a couple years from now)
"Rosie Cotton dancing, she had ribbons in her hair. If ever I was to marry someone, it would've been here, it would've her" That still kills me to this day.
@@StanLehmann Yes, it's incredible how consistent the music is throughout all the films. I don't know of any other film series that creates such musical intensity.
How many times I’ve watched and how many times I charmed and exited …. top cult movie ever!!!! Thx to such a great team , without them it wasn’t possible- H. Shore, P. Jackson, all team of editors, camera and costumes and OF COURSE talented team of the actors that make evth so emotional so stunning!!!
When the violinist has the time to wink his eye to the public at 4:12 :D As a tenor I had my own business and never realised that violins are excluded from the End of all things so much :D
I watched part 1 with my mom a few years ago, and we had planned to also find opportunities for the other movies. But we didn't make it to part 2 and 3 anymore. :'( Now she is gone forever. But she really liked seeing it with the score played live. :)
Gollum was the inadvertent hero, by accident. If he hadn't bitten the ring off Frodo's finger, and fallen into the lava, the ring would be in Sauron's possession
Always loved fact that Gandalf comes with 3 eagles. One for Gollum.
😂
It’s true. He sent one for Smeogol just in case he didn’t turn on them.
Hmmm... I'd say one for him, one for Frodo and one for Sam
@@sebastiencottier bro use your brain gandalf is on the eagle
Oh man, wow
I sang in this :)
I’ve never been to a “In Concert” before but I would too

Well you did wonderfully. I’d love to see one of these. Had the opportunity once and I regret not being able to go
Get a real job.
HAPPY 20th anniversary to this golden masterpiece. 🎉🎉🎉

I would spend A LOT of money to witness such a grand musical experience as this live.
Man that key change to a minor key at 7:15 is such a heart wrencher
Just hear to say Happy 20th Anniversary to my favourite film of all time, this film (and trilogy) changed my life as an 8 year old kid.
Always get shivers when Gollum finally gets the ring and the female voice starts singing...
So true …. perfect timing of melodies throughout all trilogy…. amazing! Epic soundtrack!

@@AliasSchmalias Other than Star Wars, I agree. Howard Shore did not have to go this hard, but, boy, am I glad he did.

Nicely done, Frodo
Good job frood
😊
😍💍😍
The music is too loud! I can't hear the movie ffs!! Get rid of the orchestra.
ITS A CONCERT!!!
Goofball
@@QshizzleD seriously.
😂
Ahhhh. So you'd rather sit listening to people talk. The soundtrack, or orchestra, is the heart of the entire movie. It adds to the emotional value.
Frodoooooo!!
