Its okay i guess... but very dated.. especially the kitchen... the washing machine can always be replaced with a washer dryer as drying clothes on the heater/radiator will cause damp and mould...

That’s a beautiful apartment right there. Can you please let us know the cost range of apartments in Hatfield and Watford. Plus, how far is Watford from De Havilland Campus, Mosquito way, Hatfield?

Awww... Thank you, I don't know much about studio apartments in Watford as they are not very common, generally apartments are a bit expensive here because Watford is very close to London, so1 bedroom apartment ranges from 1,000 to 1,400 pounds, 2 bedroom ranges from 1,200 to 2,000 pounds and 3 bedroom from 1,500 to 2,500 pound, check Zoopla for more. Watford to both Campuses is about an hour and half.
