It is unbelievably heartbreaking to hear of and see inhumane treatment and slaughter of innocent and beautiful animals! It angers me to see fur used as fashion! Fox fur belongs on foxes! People would be appalled, as they should if their cats and dogs were used as clothing! Our cause is to help people see foxes as amazing beings living in their own natural wild habitat or as pets from certified and responsible people who raise domesticated foxes. Do they have an outdoor space to play as well? Having their own room is nice. I completely forgot about your channel but I love how informative your videos are. I have one inside fox and he always has free roam. I got very lucky with him and spent a lot of time training him. Still, the kitchen is off limits. I use a baby gate and he respects that. If I brought any of my other foxes in they'd jump it in a heart beat. With foxes inside you have to keep everything put away, that includes any laundry and shoes. I also don't leave things on the dressers. One dresser is actually where I feed him and he has a body pillow up there to lay on so it's easier to get traction and to lay on if he desires.
Hello! Thank you for watching and commenting - I'm a big fan of your channel! Yes, Gaia and Inali have an outside enclosure but last time we tried using it and bringing them outside, they freaked out. I see with the various fox family videos I've watched that each fox can be very different. I see with ours, they would much rather be inside (more like a house cat). They do enjoy their own room and space. They are only allowed around the house when we are home to supervise because they will get into everything and at times try to be destructive. We have toddler/fox proofed our house but it still has taken consistent supervision. I feel we've adapted to their needs and respecting them as foxes and not tried to change them but help them have better household manners, lol. Would you like to feature each other's channels? I can list you on ours if you'd like to do the same. We're still working on the rest of the raising a fox series, just have been really busy with life lately. Thanks again for watching!

Pearl looks like our Inali! When I first saw your Pet Fox Gets a New Tunnel video and Annoying the Dog, I laughed so hard because we have German Shepherds too and our foxes love to tease them, lol :)

Taking care of a fox in the house can be done, and is fine if you are ready to proof your house. But what other people do is have a large outdoor enclosure, with trees for shade, and room to dig their dens.

No, they had them for a little while until they started chewing each other's off like they chew on almost everything 🥺
Um don't foxes often carry rabies?
Pet foxes are breaded and checked for rabies. Did you think they just yoinked the foxes out of the forest?

@@GaiaFoxInali I have a ferret room which is not unlike your fox room! I am planning to get a fox or two one day (I fear they may harm my ferrets so this would be later down the road) I hear their pee is horrid. My ferret room is hardwood.. should I consider a different flooring when the day comes?
@@shannontaylor216 you'll probably want to consider changing porous hardwood flooring to sturdy waterproof vinyl flooring. Yes, fox pee can stink but smell can be kept out with cleanable surfaces, cleaned often

Yes🤪 foxes can be big trouble makers! They have their own playroom they stay in when we're not home

Please do not encourage foxes as pets. You do give alot of great info, hopefully discourages people. I can't believe there are breeders out there selling these magnificent animals. This will certainly end badly for the foxes. You are very knowledgeable & responsible. I worry about the nitwits who have to have one, and then the foxes will suffer.
