- RSTV's Nav Vikram Singh spoke to UPSC 2018 second topper Akshat Jain in an exclusive interview. The results for UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2018 were declared on April 5, 2019. 759 candidates, 577 men and 182 women, cleared the examination. Among the top 25 candidates, 15 are men and 10 are women.

2:57 Just notice the facial alacrity with which he wanted to respond to that particular comment of the interviewer but at the very next jiffy, he controlled himself from overreacting, heard the entire question properly and responded only then. That's maturity. That's what preparing for an exam as demanding as UPSC CSE does to you. Indeed an able Officer.
