as far as the bicycle inconsistency is concerned it was explain that yusuke after the dark tournament had stop training and had gotten rusty that was the main reason he was having trouble with sensui human crew however it was when hiei came in and defeated sniper that he challenged yusuke and yusuke was able to regain his lost power. so the yusuke your seeing on the bike is actually weaker than his dark tournament counterpart.
You can fs get yusuke into ftl early on using stuff like the spirit gun being light, Genkai using literal light, and kuwabara reacting to a guy who attacks with photon

That's a lot more reasonable for a powerscale, by using the narrative to support the premise, rather than going all-in on a scaling chain from a guide or outside source.
to be honest, dwarf star dark tournament scaling is pretty ridiculous. Sensui's spiritual presence didnt just immediately destroy the Earth, like a large star level character's would've, it gradually caused disasters. Also, Toguro and Yusuke go all out, yet the island isn't even destroyed. Yusuke definitely shoots up over planetary after his Mazoku transformation for sure, but he wasn't capable of atomizing the Earth from dark tourney.

iirc A or S rank demons were stated to cap at country level and Sensui states 1/5(20%) of his power is too much for the earth but powers up more later and the earth was still intact just that there were more earthquakes. And in their fight I think Yusuke shot off a mountain level spirit gun and a stronger Sensui in his armor stated if that hit he would've died. Are these just some weird inconsistencies or is that genkai statement just that concrete?
I think Sensui is definitely a life wiper, and probably getting up into the multicontinental levels. But I'd say Yusuke is maybe planet level by the end of the series.

Yusuke is one of my Favorite protagonist, my first favorite since yu yu hakusho (Ghost fighter here in the PH) is the first anime that I've ever watched, along with Naruto and Luffy. His power level for me is in the Large planet level for decent scaling. He's more than capable of destroying the earth, but I don't think he'll be that strong to bust a normal or large star like the Sun for example. His AP should be around planetary as well.
Another scaling I cannot logically follow at all. The dwarf star argument is an enormous highball. Like, a ridiculous statement that is anything but logical or even slightly true. The best feats from a 60% togoro is destroying stone pillars which made a building collapse. Togoro and 100% and yusuke are at most barely above large building level or something. Not to mention that someone who can throw rubber so strong it penetrates the skull was highly regarded by yusuke. At least he was surprised by it. And this was after the tournament. And we want to argue that yusuke is dwarf star level at that point? I cannot comprehend this.

Yusuke’s downplaying by people is result of the anime not really showing off his power. Sure, we can see that he is strong, but on a surface level watch, most people wouldn’t say that he’s planet buster.
I would like to bring op a counterargument in the sense that tiny star could be taken to mean that it would output the same energy as a star of that size. We can already do nuclear fusion, and the pellets we're fusing are tiny compared to the size of the sun she's holding. The amount of energy that would be released if that size ball was undergoing fusion would be insane, but it wouldn't be anywhere near planet level.

The genkai statement about the mini sun is the easiest, equivilent in the context shes talking about is not a comparison of literal stars but instead something EQUIVILENT to a star when compared to a human body. Then you could say COOOOOULD say that 100% toguro is the first lightning timer so that was A class demons would go into lightning plus up to light. since stars have to be massive to be considered stars you can calculate the diameter of the smallest dwarf star look at its power compared to the aura ball and use the aura ball diameter to scale it down.
The star statement seems like a huge outlier to me. What makes more sense then just lowballing him to star level is to calculate the energy yield of a star with the size Genkai had in her hands, which yields island level results. I disagree with this scaling. I know the anime is goated and people don't wanna use that but Genkai in the anime said it could power a city block (more consistent with the toguro feat busting the building). Toguro was stronger than Genkai with the orb and more so after. So Yusuke getting that much additional energy wouldn't make him star level. If he were star level that means Toguro is as well. And there in no way possible are Yusuke/Toguro firing off star based atks (which is what you would need to damage them if they habe stat durability). I would say large city level is more accurate. I own the DVD box set and watch it regularly (yes it's not the manga I get it). I feel like people take some statements as a figure of speech being fact. Like if Genkai orb is that powerful that means she is star level. Which fucks up the scaling for everyone else in the series. It makes no sense to give Yusuke star durability based off that statement. If thats the case Temari is +universal due to the scans. Which makes Kaguya multiversal being and Sasuke and Naruto are beyond that lmao.

Yyh still have no support feat to one shot planet. Sensuindestroying the world with just his aura is debunked also. S class demons 100s of times stronger than sensui, including prime raizen used to roam the planet. He just dont want to put stress on the planet and harm the animals.
The only issue I have with this is likening the spirit orb to a sun. Like do people not realize the literal smallest star ever discovered is still over 12x the size of earth. If it wasn't obvious, yes that star has the energy to vaporize the entire planet. So how is Yuusuke surviving that? Let alone not incinerating everything in his area when using an attack with partial power of a small star. I like videos like this, but I really wish they would go one or two more steps further. For example, if you're going to compare/consider the spirit orb a dwarf star for sake of scaling, atleast compare what that would mean realistically. Like maybe consider how relatively big is this star so you'd end up thinking "Ok so turns out the smallest star is actually massive and 12x the size of Earth." So just maybe Yuusuke doesn't contain the latent power of an entire fucking star. He very well could contain a portion of that power, with her meaning, it has the same power that a star of equal size would have. Real quick I need to make the point that a chunk of sun that size would produce much less than, the 40 watts a 1 meter cube of the sun produces. Further more 40 watts is barely enough to boil a 10th of a gallon of water in an entire hour. Now back to the main topic, taking this another step further might be too much. As you'd be looking at for example, how much actual energy a chunk of sun that size could produce(its minuscule and less than a normal human), or youd look at the temperature of the sun, and try to figured out how much energy in Joules or BTU's it could contain. Assuming the spirit energy is equal to the heat energy of 1 meter cube of the core of the Sun, He would only be able to evaporate 10th of a small lake with the entire power stored within the spirit orb. I think it would be safe to assume some sort of multiplier when actually using the spirit energy to do something. So while its possible the orb only contained 15 billion Joules worth of energy, he might be able to turn that into effectively twice as much when using it as a spirit gun or something. I had some issues converting some of the values, considering 15 million celsius isn't exactly equal to 15 million celsius heat units, so i checked with chatgpt just to be safe, and it corrected me luckily. So more accurately about 15 billion joules is what the spirit orb could produce, if it was 1to1 with a star. 1 cubic meter of the Sun’s core material could theoretically evaporate approximately 10.6 million kilograms (or 10,600 metric tons) of water. There are about 4 Kg in a gallon of water so this is only 2.5 million gallons of water evaporated This means Yuusuke could only evaporate 10th of the average lake. That amount of sun would be 130kg of mass at 27 million degrees. Which is equivalent to only 1/10th of an entire fucking year of household heating. Yes, that little fucking sun she gave him, could only heat a family for a about a month of the year. Compare that to Professor fucking "MELTLAKE" from the Sufficiently Advanced Magic series who evaporated an entire fucking lake. I think its safe to say that even if this is equivalent to the hottest densest part of the sun, It doesn't actually contain that much power. Though ofc it can be assumed that like one chunk of spirit energy is worth more than 1 joule so it is possible she meant moreso, all of the power contained within this orb, when converted to pure energy or heat could match a tiny sun of that size in power. So while that much Sun would take almost 10hrs to boil a gallon of water, Yuusuke could convert the entirety of the latent energy to pure power. This is why you dont want math involved in magic and fantasy systems. Its probably the exact reason Will Wright hates math in his books, if he had to consider that to melt an entire lake, professor meltlake wouldve had to come up with 100 billion BTUs itd just be crazy to fit into a story. Like this one woman during a single fight, output enough heat to warm someones house for an entire month. Also the scaling kinda died after tournament of power, like his power gains after that are literally and unfathomable amount larger than anything hes previously done. Bro goes from beating an A class demon, to being many orders of magnitude stronger than an A class, without being likened to an S class yet. Though they assumed his ancestor was an S class right? Regardless, even at this level, he was like a fly to be swatted by Yomi. At the end (I assume before doing his weird ass psudo god aura by mixing demon and spirit aura, havent seen the end of the last arc yet) hes regarded as going to surpass Yomi's power. If this is the case and his base form without being empowered by demon or spirit aura, let alone the unholy mix of the two. He'd be many orders of magnitude stronger, than he was when many orders of magnitude stronger than an A class demon. And is eventually able to beat Yomi, who is not only an upper s class demon, he has superior fighting skills, experience, and knowledge than other S class demons. If this is all true then when using his mix of demon and spirit energy Yuusuke is likley beyond upper s class, with the potential to eventually become "SS class" Considering many orders of magnitude werent enough to scale from A class to S class. Also semi side note, when they mention being country level and etc. in yuyu hakusho i believe they mean on the level of being able to massacre and entire country. As a single mostly unknown person, it would be childs play for Yuusuke to stroll through a country killing anyone and everyone he wanted with zero possible opposition. This is supported by Tuguros entire character, he wanted to be as strong as an A class so he could be unstoppable in the human world, doing literally anything he wants with zero opposition.
Anyways if we were to scale through statements, we only reach planetary level when Sensui uses 20% of his power. For what it's worth gap between high S class and low S Class is more than low S class and lowest class of demon.

I'm sorry but u lost me at dwarf star based off the "like a small star" statement. To use that to say yuske jumps from building lvl to star lvl seems very silly imo. I believe the better way to utilize that feat would be to calculate the energy present in a star of that size. Just eyballing it, i would say about island to small country lvl. Simple, Toguro never went full power until he went to Demon World. Which is more sturdy than our own. There he could unleash his full power.

Yusuke’s downplaying by people is result of the anime not really showing off his power. Sure, we can see that he is strong, but on a surface level watch, most people wouldn’t say that he’s planet buster.
I would like to bring op a counterargument in the sense that tiny star could be taken to mean that it would output the same energy as a star of that size. We can already do nuclear fusion, and the pellets we're fusing are tiny compared to the size of the sun she's holding. The amount of energy that would be released if that size ball was undergoing fusion would be insane, but it wouldn't be anywhere near planet level.

The genkai statement about the mini sun is the easiest, equivilent in the context shes talking about is not a comparison of literal stars but instead something EQUIVILENT to a star when compared to a human body. Then you could say COOOOOULD say that 100% toguro is the first lightning timer so that was A class demons would go into lightning plus up to light. since stars have to be massive to be considered stars you can calculate the diameter of the smallest dwarf star look at its power compared to the aura ball and use the aura ball diameter to scale it down.

The star statement seems like a huge outlier to me. What makes more sense then just lowballing him to star level is to calculate the energy yield of a star with the size Genkai had in her hands, which yields island level results. Are there any other feats or lore whatsoever that could imply this is consistent?
I disagree with this scaling. I know the anime is goated and people don't wanna use that but Genkai in the anime said it could power a city block (more consistent with the toguro feat busting the building). Toguro was stronger than Genkai with the orb and more so after. So Yusuke getting that much additional energy wouldn't make him star level. If he were star level that means Toguro is as well. And there in no way possible are Yusuke/Toguro firing off star based atks (which is what you would need to damage them if they habe stat durability). I would say large city level is more accurate. I own the DVD box set and watch it regularly (yes it's not the manga I get it). I feel like people take some statements as a figure of speech being fact. Like if Genkai orb is that powerful that means she is star level. Which fucks up the scaling for everyone else in the series. It makes no sense to give Yusuke star durability based off that statement. If thats the case Temari is +universal due to the scans. Which makes Kaguya multiversal being and Sasuke and Naruto are beyond that lmao.

The only issue I have with this is likening the spirit orb to a sun. Like do people not realize the literal smallest star ever discovered is still over 12x the size of earth. If it wasn't obvious, yes that star has the energy to vaporize the entire planet. So how is Yuusuke surviving that? Let alone not incinerating everything in his area when using an attack with partial power of a small star. I like videos like this, but I really wish they would go one or two more steps further. For example, if you're going to compare/consider the spirit orb a dwarf star for sake of scaling, atleast compare what that would mean realistically. Like maybe consider how relatively big is this star so you'd end up thinking "Ok so turns out the smallest star is actually massive and 12x the size of Earth." So just maybe Yuusuke doesn't contain the latent power of an entire fucking star. He very well could contain a portion of that power, with her meaning, it has the same power that a star of equal size would have. Real quick I need to make the point that a chunk of sun that size would produce much less than, the 40 watts a 1 meter cube of the sun produces. Further more 40 watts is barely enough to boil a 10th of a gallon of water in an entire hour. Now back to the main topic, taking this another step further might be too much. As you'd be looking at for example, how much actual energy a chunk of sun that size could produce(its minuscule and less than a normal human), or youd look at the temperature of the sun, and try to figured out how much energy in Joules or BTU's it could contain. Assuming the spirit energy is equal to the heat energy of 1 meter cube of the core of the Sun, He would only be able to evaporate 10th of a small lake with the entire power stored within the spirit orb. I think it would be safe to assume some sort of multiplier when actually using the spirit energy to do something. So while its possible the orb only contained 15 billion Joules worth of energy, he might be able to turn that into effectively twice as much when using it as a spirit gun or something.
I had some issues converting some of the values, considering 15 million celsius isn't exactly equal to 15 million celsius heat units, so i checked with chatgpt just to be safe, and it corrected me luckily. So more accurately about 15 billion joules is what the spirit orb could produce, if it was 1to1 with a star.
1 cubic meter of the Sun’s core material could theoretically evaporate approximately 10.6 million kilograms (or 10,600 metric tons) of water. There are about 4 Kg in a gallon of water so this is only 2.5 million gallons of water evaporated
This means Yuusuke could only evaporate 10th of the average lake.
That amount of sun would be 130kg of mass at 27 million degrees. Which is equivalent to only 1/10th of an entire fucking year of household heating. Yes, that little fucking sun she gave him, could only heat a family for a about a month of the year. Compare that to Professor fucking "MELTLAKE" from the Sufficiently Advanced Magic series who evaporated an entire fucking lake. I think its safe to say that even if this is equivalent to the hottest densest part of the sun, It doesn't actually contain that much power. Though ofc it can be assumed that like one chunk of spirit energy is worth more than 1 joule so it is possible she meant moreso, all of the power contained within this orb, when converted to pure energy or heat could match a tiny sun of that size in power. So while that much Sun would take almost 10hrs to boil a gallon of water, Yuusuke could convert the entirety of the latent energy to pure power. This is why you dont want math involved in magic and fantasy systems. Its probably the exact reason Will Wright hates math in his books, if he had to consider that to melt an entire lake, professor meltlake wouldve had to come up with 100 billion BTUs itd just be crazy to fit into a story. Like this one woman during a single fight, output enough heat to warm someones house for an entire month.
Also the scaling kinda died after tournament of power, like his power gains after that are literally and unfathomable amount larger than anything hes previously done. Bro goes from beating an A class demon, to being many orders of magnitude stronger than an A class, without being likened to an S class yet. Though they assumed his ancestor was an S class right? Regardless, even at this level, he was like a fly to be swatted by Yomi. At the end (I assume before doing his weird ass psudo god aura by mixing demon and spirit aura, havent seen the end of the last arc yet) hes regarded as going to surpass Yomi's power. If this is the case and his base form without being empowered by demon or spirit aura, let alone the unholy mix of the two. He'd be many orders of magnitude stronger, than he was when many orders of magnitude stronger than an A class demon. And is eventually able to beat Yomi, who is not only an upper s class demon, he has superior fighting skills, experience, and knowledge than other S class demons. If this is all true then when using his mix of demon and spirit energy Yuusuke is likley beyond upper s class, with the potential to eventually become "SS class" Considering many orders of magnitude werent enough to scale from A class to S class.
Also semi side note, when they mention being country level and etc. in yuyu hakusho i believe they mean on the level of being able to massacre and entire country. As a single mostly unknown person, it would be childs play for Yuusuke to stroll through a country killing anyone and everyone he wanted with zero possible opposition. This is supported by Tuguros entire character, he wanted to be as strong as an A class so he could be unstoppable in the human world, doing literally anything he wants with zero opposition.

I believe the better way to utilize that feat would be to calculate the energy present in a star of that size. Just eyballing it, i would say about island to small country lvl. It's a big jump from building lvl but not so incredulous aa to dward star lvl.
