I just realised that while yes, Snape finally recognising Harry as Lilly's son was a great last line they totally could have made him say something along the lines of "You are your own person," showing that he has recognised that Harry is not just a James clone or a reminder of his lost love but rather his own unique person who has grown and flourished in his own way with his own personality, yes he may have genetic quirks like being short tempered and the ✨SASS ✨ from Lilly and other things from his father but everyone is bound to has some similarity to there parents and Snape recognising that Harry was his own person would have been amazing. Sorry for the rant!
Honestly, I am so happy that you included hedwig's death, she is also such a big part of harry's life, harry's first gift, first pet, first friend and it's just so sad that she lost her life while protecting him.
One thing about dumboldor is that he knew that Harry would come back to life but if he yoked Harry he would actually die so he had to keep it to himself

Here's a suggestion with a back story you have them react to harry as Furina Like the whole thing is that after Furina's trial (when Focalar died Nurvelette decided to give her back her role as the god of Justice if she so chooses) she realized she was still immortal and went to Hogwarts to try and stay away from the spotlight but as voldemort tried to kill her in front of the school it didn't work and everyone thought she was using dark magic so she went back to fontaine and decided to be an actor while helping Nurvelette with the role of chief justice You could even show that she was smart enough to fool the heavenly principles Sorry if you don't do genshin or take suggestions or requests I just figured I'd recommend or suggest
