My main problem with Stacy Haiduk as Kristen is not her... it's the writing. The "writer" can only write for actor and NOT character.

I think Stacey was a great replacement for Eileen. She plays Kristen and Susan extremely well. Unlike the stark difference in looks between the two actresses who play abby.
