This war was imposed on Israel by the of Hamas on October 7. Now it is not the unilateral military campaign but the war on both sides as both the parties are leaving no stone unturned in order to eliminate one another.

The ICC clearly didn’t watch the video released the other day of a Palestinian father and son very callously and indifferently describe how they assaulted women together on Oct 7. Israel has every right to go and level Rafah in search of the remaining captives and Hamas terrorists there, in need of being brought to Justice.

In literally every single public statement by the UN including the courts, there have been appeals for the release of hostages. But it's obviously different given that Kkhammass is not a state or a member of the UN. But Izrael is. And Izrael claims to be a civilized democracy so the current rulings by both the ICJ and the ICC simply served to remind them, and the rest of the world, how far Izrael has fallen short.
