Dynamite recipe 1. spring roll wrapper 2. finger size chillies (remove the seeds) 3. sautéed ground meat (any kind of meat as you like) 4. cheese and other ingredients as you like. -stuff the chillies with the other ingredients. after wrap the chillies with the spring roll wrapper. -deep fry until the color of the wrapper turns into golden brown. -serve with catsup, mayo, combination of both or sweet chillie sauce.

Hello Mana! Filipinos celebrate Christmas eve at home. They cook Noche Buena and then at 12 midnight, the family all eat together! After eating is gift giving! And then after sleeping, the parents dress the kids in their Christmas clothes which is usually new clothes they bought for the occassion and the kids go around town to their aunts, uncles, grandma and grandpa, godmothers and godfathers to pay respects and get their Christmas money and gifts! Noche Buena is different for each family but usually there's cake, spaghetti, fruit salad, Christmas ham, barbeque, chicken macaroni salad, quezo de bola, leche flan and other Filipino food depending on the family's taste like kaldereta, menudo, asado, pancit palabok etc.
I think the dynamite one has ground beef that has been seasoned with egg and other seasonings and pepper. We just call the wrapping " pambalot ng lumpia". Also you could also make lumpiang shanghai with using ground beef with seasoning and wrap it all over with lumpia wrapping then deep fry it. Thats how we do it?? I dont know what else mom puts in it though.

On every Christmas Eve (12:00am) all Filipinos are at home with loved ones where the special foods are cooked and served. Thats also the time we will exchange gifts. Not in reataurants. Thats how we celebrate Christmas traditionally. Then after the meal, we sleep first then we wake up on the day of Christmas we go to our friends or loved ones and celebrate our day in many ways including going to malls

If you spend christmas in the philippines when you go back, I would highly recommend traditional filipino desserts that are only served during the christmas season like puto bumbong, bibingka, ube halaya, braso de mercedes, and leche flan. most of these foods are not served at malls because these are home made. Although, puto bumbong and bibingka sometimes are sold in the streets during december.
