  • Imli chutney is also known as Tamarind Chutney. Tamarind chutney is a spiced, sweet and tangy sauce. It is a very flavoursome chutney served with Indian chaat snacks or fried snacks like samosa, kachori or pagoda.
    Khatti Mithi Imly Chutney.
    Refine Oil 45ml
    For Tadka
    Souf 2 Teaspoon
    Coriander seeds 1 Tea Spoon
    Tejpatta 2 Number
    Whole red Chilly 2 Number
    Add Kashmiri Chilly 2 Tea Spoon
    Red Chilly powder 1 Tea Spoon
    Tamarind 100gm (soaked for 2hrs)
    Jaggery 200 gm
    Black salt 1 Tea Spoon
    Water 250 ml.
    Cook for 30 minutes and strain after cooling.
    Fantastic chutney which can accompany so many snacks and also useful for making chat.
