He even said during the fight that Eri's power has gotten stronger, if I don't keep breaking my body to give her something to rewind, she'll accidentally erase me from existence, or something like that.

i thoroughly believe that deku actually did kill overhaul but because of eri's quirk malfunctioning it brought him back to life Which would make sense because eri's quirk didn't need to go haywire for the plot in any other sense, it went haywire because heroes aren't allowed to kill, which would most likely end midoriya's UA career . Deku fucking killed overhaul & you can't tell me otherwise
Fun fact: for those who don't know most of the villains he was fighting were older then him like overhaul being 25 and others being 40 or 32 and winning! That is no easy feat for a 15 year old it's insane to me
