SInce First's quirk is the transference power along with the stockpile, so he'd have the quirks of Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh, which amounts to six quirks in total. Not Blackwhip plus six others. Was he counting Blackwhip, 'cause the phrasing seems weird if he is.
