I have rescued all my animals. My 3 dogs and all my chinchillas. I recently became a bunny owner 3 months ago and I don’t know why I didn’t rescue my bun, I did not get her from a breeder but I got her from an exotic pet store where she obviously came from A breeder. Luckily she is healthy and I do not regret getting her the way I did but if I can go back and adopt i absolutely would. This bunny has brought so much joy and happiness into life it makes me absolutely sick how some people treat them, they give you nothing but love they deserve all the kindness in the world.

Thanks for spreading information about these videos. I always get a sour taste in my mouth when i see videos with rabbits in them. If it's viral, it's most likely bad.
I have cats and bunnies, but the bun room(12x15' room) is for the bunnies. I never leave them unattended together. How they "play" together? The cat will lay in the middle of the room and the bunnies will bink around him. My cat will just lay there and watch them. I leave the room, the cats know to leave as well. I have caught my oldest cat a few times sitting on my desk and just slow blinking(how cats say I love you) at the buns. But if I say "Time to go" he knows he has to leave the room.
Amazing!!! It's so soothing to see such thoughtful owner with multi-pets online!! Also question did you have all the buns and cats to grow up together as babies or did u just carefully introduce each other throughout the time??
@@rozhuuumaddoguumy oldest cat is 9, but he's always been a gentle soul. When we got the bunnies 3 years ago, was shortly after my dog passed away. So he was mourning the loss of his friend. As soon as he saw the bunnies he fell in love. We still only had them together for a short amount of time and slowly increased over the weeks. As for our youngest cat, he's only 10 months, so he's growing up with the bunnies and is learning from the older cat.
"I am a straight man who unexpectedly acquired a bunny. My son had to move to a place where pets are not allowed, so he asked me to take care of his bunny. I agreed, and now I have had the bunny for two weeks. I don't really know much about rabbits, so I am learning about them now. I take care of people for a living, so of course, I love taking care of animals. I just haven't had a pet in many years because I used to travel too much for my previous profession. I had to give my dog to a friend because it just wasn't fair to the dog. It really bothered me for a long time. Anyway, this little English Spot bunny is one and a half years old, and I think he is absolutely adorable. I love all animals, so of course, a little fuzzy rabbit is hard to say no to. I do not believe that having a bunny is unmanly. That's ridiculous. However, if it were a little Pomeranian with a pink bow on its head, that would be a different story. Haha!"
I’m so scared for the bunny in the first video. I would be so petrified that the bunny could get attacked by a predator or even stolen by someone. Or hit by a car. Plus there is a high chance of getting diseases. Definitely no way. And of course the other ones are mostly breeders. Anything for a buck. 😡. Maddening.
The first one he was live before and actually showing proof that the bunny does in fact listen to him. But i really recommend that he should a get hawk protecter as that bunny is always free roam in public
I would never let my bunny roam like that' i saw his video and they could easily get hit by a car or chased by a bird. Im super protective of my cutiebuns!
That first video I was on edge the whole way - even just a car noise a while away could scare the bunny under a car or kids playing could startle it. And that cat and rabbit one is terrifying to watch.
Just warning rabbits can get e.c an incurable parasite that leads to death from outside. They could get it indoors too if you have other pets that go out or if u get new bunnies and keep em together, but just something to be cautious of with bringing buns outside and letting them hop around. Prolly not a reason to never do it but a reason to not do it too often!
I also saw this account and hated it. He gets so many views and I always see comments of people saying that they want a rabbit after watching his content. He always seems to have new baby bunnies in each video, it’s crazy.
Not every single rabbit can be without trial and error. Even then sht happens and what will you do if there is no way of getting to them since they are off leash?
@@itz_Ariadnesure but the first white rabbit is clearly well trained and fine and the owner is close to him. Never would do that with a rabbit, but they seem fine.
I totally agree that in the eye of social media people need to be so careful about what they say/show which may be seen as the norm. Scary how some treat bunnies. Also congrats on your litter tray selling out in the first week on Amazon x
I agree with you! There are a lot of people who think they could do whatever they want to animals in general for views ND "ENTERTAINMENT" but it is simply a lie. They are hurting not just the animals themselves, but the image of mankind as have rule over animals but rule over them as in being their protectors and not exploiting them for self-righteous gain.
Seeing that beautiful white bunny acting like a puppy reminded me of my Amos. He was white, too. (A New Zealand) I used to take him for walks to the river lose like that. As a pre-teen it never occurred to me that I was putting him in danger, but like you pointed out, his bunny is in constant danger from predators and maybe even cars. As an adult I would never take those risks.
I don't believe in leaving children and animals unsupervised ever. What I do believe in is teaching children how to interact with animals appropriately. I believe it's part of our job as parents.
I'm not surprised that you would comment on the country tractor train. As a mom and bunny parents I wish more kids have the opportunity to be out doors with animals. This a kid that will mostly be a positive influence on society later in life because of his caring nature. The rabbits weren't fighting to get out they seemed chill
Just wanted to say that I really think you've improved as a content creator and educator. Being completely honest I never used to be the biggest fan because I sometimes found you to be narrow minded and way too harsh and direct with some of the comments and feedback you gave. I feel like you really are a lot more open minded and respectful how you approach things you disagree with now. It's a lot easier to listen and agree with you these days, and I do find myself watching so many more videos of yours. Keep up the growth and the good work! It's great having a wonderful bunny educator out there! 🐰❤️
there's only one man with a bunny that I follow on tiktok/IG and it's the guy from the UK who rescued a dumped lion head bunny. His video where he updated what happened after he rescued the bun was what got me following his journey. Also that 1st vid although cute that he "walks" his bun, it completely stressed me out as someone with a white bun also I kept thinking 'this is so dangerous for that bun'.
I wish I could afford the hop litter box!! It’s pretty expensive heh. Maybe someday!! I love your vids!! I’m going to get a bunny around July-September!! I’ll let you know when I get the bunny!
I have 8 pets, 4 rabbits (Not fully free roam, brothers, neutered, but they have their own large areas indoors where they get *TONS* of love and hay!! And snacks and veggies/fruits that they can have every so often, veggies basically daily!) I have a German Shepherd and a Blue heeler, of course, they are very protective and bigger than our 2 rex and 2 lionhead rabbits, (mixed breeds, they were an accident between me and a friend's rabbit when we were a little younger, but of course parents were separated and we kept 4/6 babies, the females were given away to loving families!!) Our dogs, though bigger and stronger and somewhat hunter dogs, have never had any negative reaction towards our rabbits, neither have the rabbits towards our dogs! Without you, their life would not be how it is today. They're all healthy and quite domesticated to human touch and interaction, which I never expected to be considering I live in a family of 5 with 2 guinea pigs and 2 dogs other than my rabbits. (Yes our rabbits and guinea pigs are separated into different areas in the house, rabbits are together in their areas, guinea pigs are in their own little free *LARGE* cage they run and chill in!!)
@@LennonTheBunny omg hi you inspired me to get a rabbit and I’m forever grateful!! I wanted a rabbit at a young age a new nothing but wanted to know about them! I came across one of your video and knew that I didn’t know what actually “rabbit care” was! My rabbit free rooms and lives happy!!😊
I adopted a cat and it killed one of my bunnies I was worried about dogs and didn't even think to worry about my cat I'm still learning sadly the hard way I'm really thankful for these videos that teach us! I feel like a bad bunny owner and am still so heartbroken and have had to rehome my cat to a new loving home. My bunnies came first. Poor bunnies can't speak for themselves so insight like this is so helpful! ❤ thanks Lennon!! ☺️ ❤ really appreciate the teachings!!! I wanna learn All I can!
I haven’t seen that bunny guy, thankfully. The one that does pop up in my feed is a British guy who rescued a bunny, he’s usually cleaning after him or getting him veggies, showing a piece of their daily life, so to speak.
That is interesting. 1st video: Even without a leash, and other issues aside, a rabbit would still prefer to stick close to the person they know. Even though the outside world is full of danger, you could see the rabbit was happy. Does the person have a well rehearsed strategy for moments of extreme danger?
I lived with my friend for a few months (she has a cat and I have a bunny), and they got along fine. They left each other alone during the day, and they shared lettuce together! But it really depends on how the cats and bunnys are. Her moms cat tried to hunt my bunny.
I didn’t realize breeding was as controversial in the bunny community as it is in the other pet communities, but honestly I think there’s a place for it… as long as he’s a responsible breeder I see nothing wrong with giving people in other countries the opportunity to have bunnies, like you mentioned, especially if they perhaps can’t adopt in their area. You never know! And he might have other rescues he doesn’t show, and just because he breeds doesn’t make him against rescuing. You can blame breeders but people are just as much to blame for euthanized animals because people don’t care to adopt the animals that really need it… love this video!
There are absolutely no regulations on the word "ethical" or even "reputable" breeder. It's all marketing. Anyone can label themselves as a "reputable/ethical breeder". Also, just the idea of selling other's bodies as commodities is pretty gross. Breeding animals usually die of health complications and have higher rates of reproductive cancers. You're essentially sacrificing some animal's wellbeing for the privilege of "owning" another. People buy from breeders because animals are a product to them.
I agree with you!! Ethical breeders breed to the standard of perfection which is just a fancy way of saying maintaining how the rabbit breeds were intended to look. Most rabbits in shelters are FAR from what they’re supposed to look like. Hence the need for breeders to preserve the breed. Much like the akc as seen in dogs and cfa as seen in cats. Backyard breeders are just looking to make a quick buck mindlessly putting two animals together, and that can be the case with rabbits too. But that’s just my two cents…
Hello Lorelei o hope I’m not late it’s been 5 days Tysm for sharing those videos of this I need and the litter box you’ve helped me so much I’m soon getting a rabbit so I’m watching your vids :D
My partner got his cat as a kitten, like we found him at like 3-4 weeks or something in a park and my bun has been cuddling my cat since he was the size of his head, they loaf together, groom eachother and sometimes run around together but never ever hit or scratch and even then I do not EVER leave them in the same room when we leave the house or even are just in a separate part of the house because i do not trust a young male cat with my rabbit alone(ive heard so many horrible stories;-;) you can mediate the situation if your there but if your gonna have both its just a horrible idea to leave them alone. also we love that Lennon is a tuxedo bun, its so cute!!
I dunno if ill ever take my bunny out as much as i used to with my first boy. He lived 10 years and id take him out every week in the summer. but he had a traumatic death due to e.c which is caught from outside. i felt so so guilty id been bringing him out for years, but he also had the most fun of his life going out with me and eating dandelions so its tough.
Alsoo i used to take him on a leash u could try that!! Keeps them way more safe from predators or a big playpen w a lid! But theres just risks to everythingg i think if bunny is happy thats what matters!
We have 2 cats and a bunny and they live quite happily together. With that being said bunny free roams when we are able to keep an eye on them. At night bunny goes into his xpen in my son’s room with the room door shut.
When I had my bunny, I also had three dogs. Two labradoodles and a elderly Yorkie, and the Yorkie never approached my bunny. One of my doodles was protective over the bun and never let the other animals near him but she never approached the bun or bothered him. I believe it was because she has had puppies and that motherly instinct never left? We will never know, but my second doodle was infatuated with my bunny so I always had to keep an eye on him because he had the tendency to try to paw at my rabbit while I let him out into the living room. I don’t believe he would’ve tried to hurt my rabbit, I never left them alone together. My bun had a blocked off portion of the house where dogs couldn’t get in and things worked out. After my bun passed, my protective mama dog got depressed for a short time but she is doing better now and so are the other two dogs. I hope someday to adopt another rabbit but time will tell ❤
I'm truly amazed by the intelligence of the first bunny, in obeying his commands. Absolutely incredible. Maybe they understand instinctually their safety is with the man. But the right way to do this would be with a harness and leash. An eagle, hawk, or loose dog could snatch this bunny if the owner is not next to them to protect them IMMEDIATELY. This is unnecessarily dangerous.
I saw the video on instagram and thought wow so cute and this bunny definitely loves this guy but also very scary and I’d never do this with my bunnies outside I hope he finds out how unsafe this is BUT it did encourage me to start training my bunnies and my one bunny has started to come to his name and stop when I say stop.
My bunny follows me outside the yard and does listen when i call (sometimes he ignores to smell the flowers lol) but i wouldn't take him free roaming on streets or neighborhood where a loose dog can come from a random house. Gotta be very careful. As for the cat and bunny, I've seen many coexist and groom each other but i wouldn't leave them alone together. Then the kid with the tractor and animals, they do seem calm enough but yeah they can get scared of the bumby road and dart away and get hurt so they gotta be careful as well, maybe have the kid drive in a flat surface and not have the dog around the bunnies. For breeders, i just hope they care well for those rabbits at least, have them in clean environments but i always support looking to adopt first of all before even thinking of buying. I understand theres not many bunny rescues in many countries tho which is sad, its always just dog rescues (even in the US, they hardly mention other animal rescues).
Hey just got my litter box and we love it!! Although one of the problems we had is that we have a younger bunny that is super energetic that loves to jump on things including the litter box and gets his paw stuck in the holes in the top. We haven’t had any injuries although we have been trying to prevent them but something you could take it consideration! But other than that it’s amazing!!
That parent put those buns through stress just to make the kid happy and look cute but, yeah it would be better to show him you should not use other living things for your own amusement even if you think it might not bother them or hurt them.
I have a black lab he is one of a kind but still a dog and my Dutch rabbit I spent 4 years making sure I had them around eachother and motion cameras and spent so much time with them. My dog is not like any other dog so I wouldn’t put any dog around my rabbit but again I have trained him he is a service dog and it is with lots of time spent . I trust him with the bun when I’m home as he free roams I absolutely don’t support other animals alone with bunnies
Hi Lorelie & Lennon. All these video examples where scary or wtf to look at. We have a pure white bunny that looks the same as the one in the 1st vid. Although it was amazing to watch, at the same time I was so concerned for the bunny's safety. We let our bunny out in our garden but are always close by, looking up and down to keep him safe.
Hi Lorelei!! I hope you see this. I’m getting ready to get a bunny for the first time and couldn’t be more excited! I’m watching your videos and learning all that I can!
I free roam my Syrian hamsters in my living/dining rooms for play time. I can get them to sometimes come when I call. If I had recorded every time I called a hamster to me and edited the video to only show when they came, I would probably have the same number of videos of hamsters coming when called. I also have had a few hamsters that will come to let me know they are ready to go back to their enclosure. I agree the man is endangering his rabbit. I have also taken my hamsters outside in warmer weather to play in a pen with supervision. We have hawks, cats, possums and other animals that could harm them if I let them run around free on the ground (I also live in a suburb like him). A bird, a mockingbird I think, once landed on the back of a patio chair looking at my hamster. I shooed it away, but the bird could have also dived at my pretty orange hamster just as easily as landed two feet away. That bunny running many yards in front of his owner could easily become prey to a swooping bird or free running predator. like a cat or dog and it would take the man several minutes to get there to intervene. It would be better having the animal in a confined area like that front yard he has with a fence in which a supervising person can intervene in seconds and be more of a deterrent for predators to even attempt an attack.
Omg I got a pit in my stomach when I saw this- was making sure none of our viral videos made it on here 😩 in case we were doing something wrong! Also, Just got the HOP litter box! Review going up over the weekend 🐰💕
I didn't know the guy was a breeder but I didn't particularly enjoy the way he treated bunnies either. I really felt he used his bunnies and did not care that much for them. I can't support people who treat bunnies like toys, clickbait...most of those videos we see on the web are giving a very wrong message to people. I recently saw a video of a guy who put a bunny mother on its back to let her babies feed on her. I felt so sorry for that tranced mom. This is very irresponsible and dangerous behavior! It also lets people think its normal to pu one bunny on their back...not knowing the health issues it implies. And... the guy was a breeder too. Aside from all the bad, mis informative bunny content everywhere, it is also important to check who does the content...it says a lot about the motives of that person. As you rightly said.

@@Lionesse-z41553I had a bunny and a cat. The cat was a baby when he met the bunny and they were best friends. The bunny was the boss! But I also knew my bunny liked cats. I don’t know how a cat would react to a bunny if it’s used to being the only child 😂
I lost my dear bunny several months ago. I have not had a good laugh since. I still watch your videos because I admire you and Lennon is lovely. Please keep doing what you do. Bless you.
I actually felt myself physically tensing up for a lot of these clips out of fear for the rabbits @_@
That bunny running around the street😮
You can't account for dogs or traffic.
So excited to see a Lennon the bunny video pop up while cutting some parsley in my garden for my Dutch rabbit. 🐰
I have rescued all my animals. My 3 dogs and all my chinchillas. I recently became a bunny owner 3 months ago and I don’t know why I didn’t rescue my bun, I did not get her from a breeder but I got her from an exotic pet store where she obviously came from
A breeder. Luckily she is healthy and I do not regret getting her the way I did but if I can go back and adopt i absolutely would. This bunny has brought so much joy and happiness into life it makes me absolutely sick how some people treat them, they give you nothing but love they deserve all the kindness in the world.
Well, you did rescue your rabbit. An exotic pet store was selling rabbits to feed to snakes.
@@shiflett82 agreed. She was only $75 and they did no background check on me or nothing didn’t even care and just let me buy her, first thing I thought was snake food. They had snakes all over the store, too.
Thanks for this! Lennon the bunny videos are always appreciated 🐇
Totally problematic! Thanks for sharing this with us and passing along the right messages!
Haha!"
Just make sure he gets the proper Rabbit diet. You may need to research it. No fruit sugar or human treats. No iceberg lettuce.
Agree, thank you for putting the awareness out there.
He was live in tiktok and instagram before, I screen recorded it before but had to delete it since storage 😭😭
I’m so happy you posted! I just got my bunny the other day. I would have never got her without you💗
I would never let my bunny roam like that' i saw his video and they could easily get hit by a car or chased by a bird. Im super protective of my cutiebuns!
That first video I was on edge the whole way - even just a car noise a while away could scare the bunny under a car or kids playing could startle it.
And that cat and rabbit one is terrifying to watch.
The free roaming bunny really stressed me out. I don't even let my cat outside! I may get her a leash and harness, though.
💯💯💯 Adopt, don't shop!
@@eveebunny I don't have a rabbit.
I also saw this account and hated it. He gets so many views and I always see comments of people saying that they want a rabbit after watching his content. He always seems to have new baby bunnies in each video, it’s crazy.
That bunny is definitely listening to him, and they are trainable it is an animal.
I totally agree with you. You are my teacher n1 about bunnies. Thats why my babies are free roaming 100% 24/7 and live happily at home 💖
I second this!! You’re why my bun is 100% free roam and you’re why I adopted him in the first place. I can’t imagine my life without him!❤🐰
I totally agree that in the eye of social media people need to be so careful about what they say/show which may be seen as the norm. Scary how some treat bunnies. Also congrats on your litter tray selling out in the first week on Amazon x
Just wanted to let you know you're the best! Thank you for everything! And my Bunny Grayson says Hi! Rock on from Chicago!
I feel like it's so dangerous to bring a pet rabbit outside like that
Like especially if people are walking their dogs out 😢
That first video scared me because of the very reasons you mentioned. Thanks for bringing awareness.
Agree with everything you say in this video. You were just saying it very diplomatically. 😃
I can't wait until my HOP litterbox comes tomorrow!!
My litter box is coming today and I’m so excited and so is s’mores!!!!
yay!
❤
I haven’t seen that bunny guy, thankfully. The one that does pop up in my feed is a British guy who rescued a bunny, he’s usually cleaning after him or getting him veggies, showing a piece of their daily life, so to speak.
with the first one I was getting scared that the bunny would run away! that was a little scary... and also the water!!! 😱
Aw my bun Totoro is on there! We love our Hop and will be ordering another one for our new bun Satsuki ❤️
yay!
That is interesting. 1st video: Even without a leash, and other issues aside, a rabbit would still prefer to stick close to the person they know. Even though the outside world is full of danger, you could see the rabbit was happy. Does the person have a well rehearsed strategy for moments of extreme danger?
Girl I am just so proud of you and you have changed my bunnies life thank you
I lived with my friend for a few months (she has a cat and I have a bunny), and they got along fine. They left each other alone during the day, and they shared lettuce together! But it really depends on how the cats and bunnys are. Her moms cat tried to hunt my bunny.
My 4 bunnies I let outside and after a while I tell them "okay, time to go home". They always come back in to home. I love that about them. 😊
I just can't watch this. Makes me tense and sad. Ppl take buns for granted too much and don't realize how delicate they are. 😢
I'm actually scared to watch this video, I can't even look at pictures of bunnies in situations I would never allow my bunny to be in.
My partner got his cat as a kitten, like we found him at like 3-4 weeks or something in a park and my bun has been cuddling my cat since he was the size of his head, they loaf together, groom eachother and sometimes run around together but never ever hit or scratch and even then I do not EVER leave them in the same room when we leave the house or even are just in a separate part of the house because i do not trust a young male cat with my rabbit alone(ive heard so many horrible stories;-;) you can mediate the situation if your there but if your gonna have both its just a horrible idea to leave them alone.
also we love that Lennon is a tuxedo bun, its so cute!!
those bunnies are terrified. Their eyes are wide and their ears are down. 7:51
my bunny free roams and she comes when i call her. i'm very careful with my bun outside
It’s fine if she’s being supervised in your garden, just please don’t ever let her free roam in public.
Alsoo i used to take him on a leash u could try that!! Keeps them way more safe from predators or a big playpen w a lid! But theres just risks to everythingg i think if bunny is happy thats what matters!
@@eveebunny what is ec?
i got my bunny from a breeder when I had no idea they were bad, in the future i will get bunnies from rescues ❤
I really love this I joined on Wednesday
That is unacceptable 😢😢😢 poor bun-buns
I'm truly amazed by the intelligence of the first bunny, in obeying his commands. Absolutely incredible. Maybe they understand instinctually their safety is with the man. But the right way to do this would be with a harness and leash. An eagle, hawk, or loose dog could snatch this bunny if the owner is not next to them to protect them IMMEDIATELY. This is unnecessarily dangerous.
My rabbit also responds to commands but not brave enough to leave the garden.
Great video but you should do a reaction to the pig room last 3 videos on his abandoned rabbit rescue situation.
Your hair looks great
Hey just got my litter box and we love it!! Although one of the problems we had is that we have a younger bunny that is super energetic that loves to jump on things including the litter box and gets his paw stuck in the holes in the top. We haven’t had any injuries although we have been trying to prevent them but something you could take it consideration! But other than that it’s amazing!!
LENNON J GOT MY BUNNY OUT OF HIS HUTCHA ND IN A EXERCISE PIN (onevof the dog ones) HE IS THERE FOREVER 🥰🥰🥰
That parent put those buns through stress just to make the kid happy and look cute but, yeah it would be better to show him you should not use other living things for your own amusement even if you think it might not bother them or hurt them.
Also when I finally get another bunny I will be buying a hop litter box
Review going up over the weekend 🐰💕
yay!
The ones in the wagons look terrified.
Been trying to rescue dumped bunnies from a breeder near by that just dumps his bunnies he doesn’t want. I rescued one but some are in people’s yards.
My bun just passed away this morning. My heart is broken 🐇💔
So sorry 😢❤🙏
Sending you virtual hug, mine died a few weeks ago too.
Cats usually do not bug full grown bunnies, but foxes, dogs, coyotes, and hawks will!
I love this channel
Lorelei is minily hatin', said #LuckyDBunny I have seen all these videos, & I don't like looking at men anyway..& Yes, I assumed tha Brotha with Harmony, added audio through editing..Anyways, The different bunny personalities, is what I'm intrigued with
Oh gosh, first one in and I'm already anxious. That bun's gonna get hit by a car or snatched by a dog!
the first guy also has multiple videos up of his rabbit and a kitten sparing. like the kitten is obviously playing but the rabbit is stressed and is shown trying to bite and kick the kitten. like literally charging at the kitten and kicking it with his back legs.
geez that second video too.. i was trying to explain to the ppl in the comments that rabbits DO NOT PLAY BY SPARRING !! they arent cats ! a rabbit sparring is a rabbit trying to survive, it is NEVER playing and its so frustrating that ppl either dont know or dont care !
