Thank you for this fine video about being the GE. i was put in the role last TM meeting and was at a loss and felt stupid because I did not find much about the position. I have been given the position again for my upcoming meeting, so your video has been priceless to me. I appreciate you. I would love to get the template you have made up. I have the checklist and have reviewed the TM general rules. I’m sure I can do better and will be watching this video again.
Hi Karen, I have listed the relevant documents in the video description, please check out there ya. All the best!

I will be GE for our TMC meeting for the first meeting this week. Could you please share the template for GE or anything that will be useful for me,
Hi Banaja, do check out the Video Description, I have listed a number of resources for reference. As a start, I would not recommend using any slides. Just verbal feedback would do.
You can check out Item 4,5,6 to understand more about an ideal club meeting. It's important to note how much time you have for your GE Report session as well, so that you do not go overtime.
Basically, GE comments on the performance of meeting role players & finally an overall feedback for the meeting.
Hope this clarifies! All the best ~
