Not all photos contain these data, photos that are uploaded directly after clicking from camera or mobile phone contain these data. If you edit your photo using some app and then upload it there wont be as much information available for that photo and screenshot do not contain any such data

To hide the location, you can just disable location on your mobile phone while taking photos and while uploading the pics. This is the most simplest way. The camera uses geotagging for this. Which can easily be disabled by disabling your location.
